About Panda Express

Welcome to Panda Express, a Chinese restaurant located at 3073 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040, USA. As a prominent member of the Chinese Restaurant category, Panda Express offers a variety of fast-food style Chinese-American cuisine. This specific location can be contacted at (931) 542-9121 or via mobile at +1 931-542-9121 for inquiries or to place an order.

Recent customer reviews for the Panda Express on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, TN, raise significant concerns regarding potential pest issues, service efficiency, and food quality. One customer, who was sitting outside the restaurant, reported observing personnel from Orkin, a pest control company, repeatedly entering and exiting the premises with a sprayer and chemicals. This observation led the reviewer to suggest that potential customers might want to delay eating at this Panda Express for at least a week, implying a possible ongoing problem with pests inside the establishment. The reviewer also mentioned having photographic evidence of this activity, further underscoring their concern.

Another customer shared a negative experience related to slow service and issues with their order. This reviewer reported waiting for ten minutes before their order was taken at the drive-thru. Subsequently, they waited an additional ten minutes at the window only to be informed that the restaurant was out of Beijing beef. When they inquired about broccoli beef as an alternative, they were told that it was also unavailable. The customer expressed frustration that they were not informed about these out-of-stock items before placing their order, which would have saved them considerable time. They then opted for a double order of orange chicken. While they found the orange chicken itself to be acceptable ("fine"), they noted the unsettling presence of "random chunks of fried rice mixed in my noodles," which they found unappetizing ("kind of gives me the ick"). Their girlfriend's experience was even worse; she ordered a mushroom chicken bowl that reportedly contained "not a single piece of chicken," suggesting she received only the "scrapings of mushroom at the bottom." The reviewer concluded their feedback with a general sentiment of dissatisfaction ("Just not great") and speculated that the staff, possibly at the end of their shift, seemed indifferent to the quality of service and food being provided ("didn’t give a shit").

Considering these two recent reviews, there are several areas of concern for potential customers of this Panda Express location. The observation of pest control activity raises questions about the hygiene and potential presence of pests within the restaurant. The reported issues with service efficiency, including long wait times and not being informed about out-of-stock items promptly, indicate potential problems with the operational flow. Furthermore, the concerns about food quality, such as the lack of chicken in the mushroom chicken bowl and the contamination of noodles with fried rice, suggest inconsistencies and a lack of attention to detail in food preparation. The perception that the staff might be inattentive, possibly due to being near the end of their shift, could contribute to these negative experiences.

Typically, Panda Express restaurants offer a fast-casual dining experience with a focus on quick service and a standardized menu of Chinese-American dishes. The environment is usually clean and functional, designed for efficient order processing and both dine-in and takeout customers. Services generally include counter ordering, drive-thru service at some locations, and quick preparation of food displayed in a serving line.

However, based on the recent reviews, the expected standards of environment and service at this particular location may be compromised. The potential pest issue suggests a need for thorough and possibly ongoing pest control measures to maintain a hygienic environment. The reported long wait times and the failure to inform customers about unavailable items promptly indicate inefficiencies in their service process. The issues with food preparation, such as the lack of main ingredients and cross-contamination of dishes, point to a need for better quality control in the kitchen.

Features of Panda Express typically include a consistent menu across locations, relatively quick service, and a casual dining atmosphere. However, the reported inconsistencies in food quality and service at this Clarksville location could detract from these expected features. The lack of key ingredients in a dish and the contamination of another are significant deviations from the standard Panda Express offering.

There is no promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. To inquire about any current specials or promotions at the Panda Express on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, it would be best to contact them directly at (931) 542-9121 or +1 931-542-9121. Given the recent negative feedback, potential customers might also want to inquire about the steps the restaurant is taking to address potential pest issues and improve service and food quality.

In conclusion, recent customer reviews for the Panda Express located on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, TN, raise serious concerns regarding potential pest problems, inefficient service leading to long wait times and order inaccuracies, and significant issues with food quality and preparation. Potential customers should be aware of these recent experiences when considering dining at or ordering from this location. It might be advisable to seek more current information or consider these issues before making a decision.

Hey y'all I don't know if you want to know or not? But I was sitting outside this Panda Express, and I watched Orkin walk in walk out walk in walk out with a sprayer and chemicals. So if you're thinking about eating at this panda this week, I might give it another week, clearly they're having Some kind of bug issues, and that is nasty pictures for proof.

Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. Waited another ten minutes at the window for them to tell me they’re out of Beijing beef. I asked if they had broccoli beef instead. Out of that also. I wonder why the couldn’t just tell us which main entrees they’re out of before we order. Fine - I said to give me double orange chicken. It was fine but there were random chunks of friend rice mixed in my noodles. I don’t know how that happens but it kind of gives me the ick. My girlfriend got the mushroom chicken bowl. There was not a single piece of chicken in it clearly she got the scrapings of mushroom at the bottom. Idk man. Just not great. They clearly were at the end of their shift and didn’t give a shit.

Delicious food. I wish they offered smaller portions and that you could choose more than 3. That way I could have maybe 4 small servings and a small serving of rice. I'd love to try more varieties without visiting 10 times to try them all. Lol.

The food was hot, service was solid. Not great but solid(honestly mediocre. Middle aged cashier should’ve been kind but she was dismissive and rushed me). However, I’m very disappointed in the portion/ratio of meat to rice and chow mein. I ate rice or noodles with every single bite of meat and look how much is left… why? lol. Tough to be complaining about “too much food”, quite a first world problem. But they really skimped on meat and covered it up with extra rice. That’s what sucks, it wouldn’t have cost the employee anything to make sure the customer got plenty of the hunger fixing, stomach filling food they came to get(not the sides). We’re in this together against corporations and most workers I interact with act like it, maybe the employee rushed or is a teen just starting. Ugh what a waste. It’s like an entire family sized box of rice, if you bought it at the store. I’m not eating all that, I wish I had more of what is worth eating for the $10.73 I paid! And to think it was over $10 for this with no drink. Do ur self a favor and go to McDonalds if ur just about forced to get fast food like myself tonight. or you’ll be dissatisfied because of the price point at Panda. Wish I hadn’t went. 👎

Hot and fresh "fast food" for those times when you don't want burgers. Friendly service. Portions are plenty large once you are familiar with them. Surprisingly, it appears to be sufficiently staffed, unlike many other businesses these days. (February 2022) That being said, dining room needs more attention.
