The service at this Panda Express location appears to be an area where experiences can vary. One customer review noted a significant discrepancy between the food quality rating (5 stars) and the service rating (2 stars), indicating that while the food itself may be satisfactory for some, the service could benefit from improvement. This review also mentioned that the portion sizes at this particular branch were smaller compared to other Panda Express locations. Another review expressed disappointment with the food quality, stating it tasted "horrible" and unlike a buffet experience, especially considering the price point of $12 for a meal without a drink. 5* for the food. 2 for service. The portions are small compared to other locations. Service could use some adjustments.

It's been years since I've eaten here and tonight I remember why. Really disappointed. It's the busiest station in the food court, but honestly, the food tastes horrible. Nothing like the buffet that's for sure 🤮 12 dollars for my meal with no drink 😒

I don't too much care for this location here in the mall! When I go to a few other locations the chicken taste like real chicken and it doesn't have the foreign taste or look.. the food is hardly ever tossed to keep the top from drying out from exposure so the food always looks lifeless

Not a good place to eat. I've noticed random bugs behind their counter, the customer service and employees work with little to no sense of urgency, and they must be changing the recipe of some stuff or ordering new products or something because their cream cheese wontons are absolutely terrible these days. Would not recommend what so ever.

I don’t usually get food from here because the line is nearly always long but I decided to get some today for the cravings. Ordered 3 Togo plates. My wife was enjoying her plate when she bit down on a hard plastic found in the fried rice. Looked like a piece of cabbage from the lomein but upon further examination it was a thick plastic possibly from a bag. This place seems to be having worse quality control every time I eat here. Few years ago I also found a few pieces of hair in my rice. This will probably be my last time eating here.
