Super dry lo mein and no flavor at all bummer got a family pack so now we’re down a side.

Store was DISGUSTING when we went in. The whole line was riddled with wrappers, food, etc. I looked at the chow mein and it didn't look appetizing. Was immediately turned off. I think what was even worse was the fact that the girl on the line just nonchalantly dismissed my comment of how dirty the place was. This was on April 13th at 8:15 pm. Management, if you are reading this please check ur cameras. I would've taken photos but I was so revolted I just wanted to be out of there.

UPDATE - Bumped up to 4 stars as they mostly stopped burning the hell out of their noodles. I live nearby and frequent this panda. I really like this location for the most part. Portions are good, the staff is friendly and efficient. The only problem is that 6/10 times the chow main is burnt to an absolute crisp. The whole thing tastes like char. I'm not a picky eater, but the entire serving will taste like it was incinerated in a bed of campfire coals.

Two stars because alright nearly almost never..... 4/20 times so far.... Very under filled food in everything. Rude staff. Better off finding a hole in the wall place for cheaper, cooked fresh and a full plate of food. Not scoop it to the side and half of it is gone. Have had much better Panda in many other places.

This was THE worst experience I have EVER had in my life!!! I placed a pick order, paid for it with Venmo, received an email confirmation that the order was ready, AND a text letting me know the order was ready to pick up. I live in SD but am a CO native. The town I live in, in SD doesn't have Panda Express so when I come to Denver I make.a point to grab all the takeout I can't get in SD. Today I had a hankering for PE and spent $40 getting my grandkids and I PE. We went in and I told Jocelynn at the cash register I was there to pick up an order for (insert my name) to which she replied there wasn't an order for anyone by that name and had me verify I was at the right store. When I told her I was and showed her, she said someone had already picked the order up. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't me and she told me to go home and make sure it wasn't already delivered. I tried to explain it was a pick-up order and not a delivery. She told me to look at my order to make sure it wasn't a delivery, so I did. When I tried to show her, she flat out ignored me. I showed her the text I received informing me the order was ready, the order confirmation that the order had been placed, and my venmo payment. I asked her if she could remake the order, but she was unrelenting and had no intention of remaking the order! Even after I explained to her, this was my granddaughters dinner, she was unwilling to acquiesce. She was obstinate, rude, and unwilling to admit they had made a mistake by giving my order to someone else, nor was she willing to make it right by making sure I left her store with my order. It's so frustrating when you ask to speak to a manager only to find the person whom which your dealing with, who seems to lack the basic understanding of customer service, is In fact the manager! Jocelynn the manager at the Wads WV PE, should at the very least be demoted. She was awful!!
