To provide a comprehensive overview of what you can expect at the Panda Express in Camarillo, we have gathered recent feedback from customers who have experienced our food and service. These reviews offer insights into the positive aspects and potential areas for consideration at this establishment.

One highly positive review specifically mentions, "At The Panda by the outlets store 816 is the best Panda I have ever visited. Mauricio is the manager and the restaurant is always super clean and the food is always fresh. It is a pleasure to eat at this establishment. The portions are always generous, hot and fresh!" This glowing feedback highlights several key strengths of this particular Panda Express location. The customer explicitly states it is the best Panda Express they have ever visited, attributing this to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the consistent freshness of the food, and the positive management under Mauricio. The review also praises the generous portion sizes and the fact that the food is consistently served hot and fresh, indicating a high standard of quality and preparation.

In contrast, another customer shared a negative experience regarding a specific order: "While I consistently provide five-star ratings and appreciate Panda Express, I was disappointed to receive a to-go order containing burnt teriyaki chicken. The oversight in quality control during packaging is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and the manager's handling of this situation." This review, coming from a generally satisfied Panda Express customer, points out a significant issue with quality control in a to-go order. The discovery of burnt teriyaki chicken indicates a lapse in food preparation and a failure to ensure the quality of the food before it was packaged for the customer. Furthermore, the reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction not only with the burnt food but also with the manager's handling of the situation, suggesting a negative experience with customer service recovery.

Considering these contrasting reviews, the Panda Express in Camarillo appears to have the potential to provide a very positive dining experience, characterized by a clean environment, fresh and hot food, and generous portions, particularly under the management of Mauricio, as highlighted by one customer. This suggests that when standards are met, the experience can be exceptional.

However, the negative review serves as a reminder that inconsistencies can occur, and quality control in food preparation is crucial. The incident of receiving burnt chicken indicates a failure in this area, and the dissatisfaction with the manager's handling of the situation further underscores the importance of effective customer service in resolving issues when they arise. This suggests that while the potential for a great experience exists, there might be occasional lapses in quality and service recovery.

As a well-established chain, Panda Express typically offers a standard menu of popular Chinese-American dishes, including favorites like Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Chow Mein. The positive review mentioning fresh and hot food suggests that this location generally adheres to these standards. However, the incident with the burnt teriyaki chicken indicates that deviations from these standards can occur.

The positive reviewer's mention of generous portions is a significant factor for customers looking for good value for their money. This contrasts with some other Panda Express locations where customers have noted smaller portions. The cleanliness of the restaurant, also highlighted in the positive review, contributes to a more pleasant dining environment.

For local users in Camarillo seeking a Panda Express, this location at 199 W Ventura Blvd presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. On one hand, it has the potential to be the "best Panda" with clean premises, fresh, hot, and generously portioned food, and effective management. On the other hand, there is a risk of quality control issues, such as receiving burnt food, and potential dissatisfaction with how such issues are handled by the management.

It is advisable for local diners to consider these contrasting experiences when deciding whether to visit this Panda Express. If consistency in food quality and effective resolution of issues are high priorities, the negative review serves as a cautionary note. However, the positive review suggests that many customers have excellent experiences at this location.

No specific promotional information was mentioned in the provided reviews. For details on any current promotions, discounts, or special offers at the Panda Express in Camarillo, it would be best to contact them directly at (805) 987-3368 or +1 805-987-3368 or check their official website or in-store signage. Panda Express frequently offers limited-time promotions and online ordering deals that might be of interest to local customers.

In conclusion, the Panda Express at 199 W Ventura Blvd in Camarillo has received high praise for its cleanliness, fresh and generously portioned food, and positive management. However, there has also been a reported instance of poor quality control and dissatisfaction with the handling of a customer issue. Local users should weigh these factors when considering this Chinese fast-food option.

Been in the car for four or five hours needed somewhere to eat got there about an hour before they close. Everybody is already cleaning washing tables and floors. Food was not fresh. I had teriyaki chicken, which was absolutely terrible.

I didn’t like how they cooked the food idk but it was cold like if they didn’t put any love into while they were cooking it. It’s like they’re trying to sell it to you in the picture but with no flavor. The green beans don’t look fresh and the rangoons look pretty dull they were pretty soggy. But overall I’ll give it a 1
