Panda Express

The staff was so rude. All the ladies including the manager seemed like they needed a crash course in customer service service s well as proper English. I honestly can’t believe how rude they were . It seemed like unless you spoke Spanish, they treated you terribly. I observed it happen to multiple customers while I was there. I’ll never come here again and I hope I can save others from having such an abnormally terrible experience. . I’ll also be telling my friends so they won’t have to make the mistake of coming here by posting to my many followers on YouTube and social media to share my story which is primarily devoted to reviewing restaurants. This place definitely needs a revamp.

The store was very clean, the food was decent, and the staff was very helpful and professional. I would stop by again when the craving hits.

Called Mason/Manager 20min beforehand to ask about steak. Got there and polite lady said there never was any. What made me put this review is the silly chicken noises when having to choose chicken when I should've just cancelled my entire order in the first place. No wonder this place got bad reviews. If there wasn't gonna be any steak; why not just tell me instead of wasting gas?

Great experience. Food was fresh and delicious. Dropped one star as they were out of an entree my daughter was wanting to order but otherwise it was great.

This is my second review, I want to express my appreciation to Mia that helped resolve my issue. She is an awesome employee that cares about having great customer service! There was an employee that served a very small portion on my plate, I've been a loyal Panda Express Customer for years so I knew when I saw it that the portion was too small, if it would've been left this way it would have been a huge disappointment. Thank God that Mia came to the rescue and helped to fix the problem with the correct portion size and was very courteous, respectful and professional! I can tell that she cares about having good customer service which is good for business. I honestly feel that she deserves a raise for her good and hard work. I will definitely keep coming back to this Panda Express because of the excellent customer service that Mia gave. Thank you Mia! Sincerely, Angel..... Thank you for having awesome employees like Biyun! She was awesome at attending me and offering any other items available. Her Customer Service and her willingness to help answer my questions were outstanding. I will definitely be coming to this Panda Express location.
