I drive through, so I can't comment about eating inside. I like to get a bowl. Mine is fried rice and orange chicken but you pick your own main and side dish to go into the bowl. For me, this is enough for two small meals because the rice is filling. I'll even eat it cold! Yummy! Fast service too.

Went through the drive thru and asked if they still had “plant based orange chicken” available and was told no. Luckily I actually went in to find that they did have it… there was just a language barrier and apparently not saying the word “beyond” while ordering could be losing you all money….. So.. Beyond Orange Chicken was great! Worth the extra I paid for it to be able to enjoy Panda Express again!

My daughter spilled a large drink on the floor and the staff was absolutely gracious about it. Hasley went out of her way to make my daughter not feel bad about the spill. Got us another table and got us another drink. Absolutely amazing service!

Lobby closed at 4pm on a Friday. Drove my semi here 25 minutes because it was convenient. I hope Daniel sees this and knows this was the worst experience I've ever had. I was literally inside at the counter ordering to-go, and yet they wouldn't serve me. Said the lobby is closed. Poor service!! I'll stick with other Carmel/Westfield location. Said to go through the drive thru. I'm in a 65 foot semi!!

If I’m paying an extra $1.50 for serving of shrimp I’d expect to get more than 4 shrimp. I asked if it would take long for more shrimp and she asked me if I wanted a double. I told her nevermind and just walked out. On the previous visit I ordered the shrimp too. On that visit the server actually scooped out shrimp from my plate. They don’t seem to skimp on any of the other dishes. Do better Panda.
