About Panda Express

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant located at 601 W Princeton Dr, Princeton, TX 75407, USA. They can be contacted at (469) 490-1728 or +1 469-490-1728.

Recent customer reviews provide mixed feedback on the Panda Express in Princeton. One customer who ordered the double string bean chicken expressed disappointment with the small amount of chicken compared to the abundance of string beans, stating it was their last visit.

Another customer who visited on October 25, 2024, shared a more detailed experience. They noted that while their wife enjoyed the double Orange Chicken with lo mein, their own order of half lo mein, half fried rice, Blazing Bourbon Chicken, and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak was less satisfactory. They found the Blazing Bourbon Chicken to be excessively spicy and bitter and regretted not skipping it. They also mentioned a frustrating experience with the staff refusing a sample of the bourbon chicken prior to ordering.

In terms of service, this customer felt it "left a lot to be desired," describing the staff as "spaced out" and unfriendly, with no one smiling. They observed a significant imbalance in staff focus, with only one person assisting inside while several others concentrated on cooking and drive-thru orders, leading to slow service for dine-in customers.

The restaurant's environment also received negative feedback. The lot was described as tiny, causing the drive-thru line to easily wrap around the building and potentially trap cars in parking spots, making it difficult to leave. The shared single exit with a Dutch Bros Coffee further contributed to a chaotic and hard-to-navigate parking situation.

Overall, based on these recent reviews, customers have experienced issues with food quality consistency (amount of chicken in a dish), potentially overly spicy dishes (Blazing Bourbon Chicken), unsatisfactory service (unfriendly and slow), and a challenging parking situation due to the small lot and shared exit.

No specific promotional information was available in these reviews. Customers may want to consider these recent experiences when deciding to visit this particular Panda Express location.

Ordered double string bean chicken, there were like 4 tiny pieces of chicken… almost all string beans. Tasted fine but where’s the meat? Last time I’m going to Panda Express.

October 25, 2024 - ⭐⭐ 2 Stars My wife and I visited Panda Express 🐼. She got double Orange Chicken 🍊🐔 with lo mein 🍜, and I went with half lo mein 🍜, half fried rice 🍚, plus the new Blazing Bourbon Chicken 🔥🐔 and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak 🥩. My wife and I thought the bourbon chicken would be 4x hotter 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ than Orange Chicken, so we wanted to try a sample. But the staff refused us 😒, which was frustrating. Considering we couldn’t get a sample, my wife decided not to risk it, and honestly, I should’ve skipped it too 🥴. The bourbon chicken was way too spicy 🔥 and bitter 🥵—definitely not worth it. The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed spaced out 💤, not very friendly, and no one was smiling 😐. Only one person was helping guests inside while 5-6 others were focused on cooking and drive-thru orders 🚗, which slowed everything down 🐢. The lot this location sits on is tiny 🏠. The drive-thru line easily wraps around the building 🚗➡️🏢 and can trap you in the parking spots 🚫🅿️, making it really frustrating to leave. On top of that, it shares a single exit with Dutch Bros Coffee ☕️, making it chaotic and hard to navigate 😤. Princeton seems to have a trend with these cramped fast food spots 🗺️, which doesn’t help the experience. Overall, this visit was disappointing 😕. Between the lack of samples, the slow service, and the cramped lot, it just wasn’t what we were hoping for.

On two different occasions we have tried to get food soon after the store opens and both times they have hardly had anything ready. They are telling people in the drive thru and waiting that they just opened. This is something needing to be addressed by management. When a fast food place opens that means you are ready to serve everything on the menu. If food isn’t going to be ready until 10:30 open at 10:30. Have your employees get there earlier and start cooking sooner. We left and will not be returning.

2/24 I get here at 9:18 and ask for orange chicken. Lady says “we are all out, we are close to closing”. They were out of almost half the options. You guys close at 10pm a fast food place should not be shutting down an hour prior to close and then to act like I should have known that the options would be limited when they should not have been closing in the first place. Lady was rude They didn’t have anything available that I wanted Dont go here later than 9pm since it seems their hours of operation are incorrect

You would think that getting food first thing in the morning right when they open you would have fresh fried rice. Just found a black hair in my food too!! The fried rice was burnt and probably from last night. My orange chicken was burnt too. What's the point of having a franchise if you don't cook the food the way the franchise people tell you to cook it. I've been to other Panda around the Dallas area and have had better luck than this one... And this is the one I live near.
