About Panda Express

Welcome to Panda Express, a Chinese restaurant located at 501 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013, USA. You can contact them at (972) 390-8969 or +1 972-390-8969.

As a well-known chain of Chinese Restaurants, the Panda Express in Allen has received mixed reviews regarding its services. One customer reported consistent issues with order accuracy and significant difficulties in resolving these issues. They mentioned an inability to reach a real person via phone and alleged that staff pretended not to understand English when approached in person about incorrect food orders. This customer strongly advises against patronizing this location.

Another customer visited because it is a favorite of their child but noted that desired menu items are often unavailable, which was the case during their visit. They experienced a delay with a chicken item marked as a healthier option, which was not ready even after they and their daughter had finished their entrees. Regarding the food, this customer found the fried rice to be okay, but the noodles were hard and dry. Their Honey Sesame Chicken Breast was visually appealing but lacked in taste. In contrast, their daughter enjoyed the orange chicken.

Based on these recent experiences, it appears that the Panda Express in Allen may have inconsistencies in order accuracy, customer service responsiveness, and menu item availability. While some standard items like orange chicken might meet expectations, other dishes and the overall experience could be less satisfactory. Potential customers may want to consider these points when deciding to dine here.

This place always manages to mess up your order. Please don't bother trying to call them to complain because their phone system will never allow you to talk to a real person. When you try to go inside to tell them what is wrong with your food, then all of a sudden they pretend to not speak English. It's funny how they understood you perfectly fine when they took your order. Don't waste your money at this place.

I came here because it's one of my kids favorite places to eat. I don't eat here often because items I'd like to order or try are often not available. The held true with this visit. There was a chicken item, marked as a healthier option and I was told 15 minutes. After my daughter and I ate the entree still hadn't been added. I ordered half noodles and half fried rice. The rice was ok but my noodles were hard and dry. My chicken entre was the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast which looked better than it tasted. My daughter ordered the orange chicken and was happy.

This location NEVER Disappoints always FRESH food and friendly service. OMAR knows how to dish up a plate and always has an AWESOME and FRIENDLY attitude! They might be fast food, but I come all the way from Plano knowing there’s a Plano location because this place is just better!

I had an awful experience with this restaurant. After ordering from here, I experienced severe food poisoning. The food was clearly not handled properly or prepared safely. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment Food safety should always be a top priority for any restaurant. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the business takes steps to ensure proper food handling practices in the future to avoid risking customers’ health.

I ordered the honey want shrimp with sweet fire chicken. Both were hot (temperature) but soggy so I know that it wasn’t fresh.
