waited 10 to 15 minutes for fresh batch of chow mein once I received my food you could barely tell that I had any chow mein noodles😕 Thanks to the server For adding the little bit more extra, maybe I should’ve considered a plate instead of a bowl 😬

Pretty blah and inconsistent food. Most times it's average and other times it's pretty good. Never had a problem with the service here, the younger workers are usually nice and friendly. But I'll conclude by saying this; if you are craving authentic Chinese food, then this certainly is not the place to go. There are many other local options which are MUCH better. This food is just something to chow down on to silence your hunger. It's not the best and it isn't terrible.

Kim is the manager can’t manage to get out 3 orders in the drive through in less than 36 minutes. Rude on the phone blamed my phone call while in line to the store as her reason for not getting the car to move after 36 minutes. I know how long these kids think adults with real jobs have for lunch maybe if she put her phone down while taking orders and got off her Facebook or TikTok maybe you could manage to get three cars through a line faster than a lunch break. I got no lunch didn’t have time to sit and pay for it. That would’ve took another four minutes. Been a total of 40 minutes to get my food. Had to get back to work. Maribel should not be answering phones Kim I don’t know what the hell you could manage.

The night shift is just terrible. Not only is the service extremely slow, both dining in and drive through, but the quality of food is much lower. 10+ minute wait times are average if you don't have another customer before you in line. When the food and other items are handed to you, it's almost a gamble if everything you request is provided. There have been a few times chopsticks, forks, sauces, and even a whole menu item has been missing. The most recent experience was my last at this location. Not only were forks and requested sauces missing, the pot stickers looks as though they were DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. I attached an image of said item. Panda Express is usually one of the best food chains that friends and myself enjoy. It's a shame that the crew is ruining the company's reputation. I see there are a lot of similar concerns from other customers. We're not asking for over the top service, the minimum requirements would be a great improvement to the current situation.

Literally stinks in there. Sewage issue? Idk why they needed to mop at 2pm. Proportions are messed up i paid the extra for honey walnut shrimp and only got 5 pieces for the 2 entre. The girl up front was super nice & patient and pretty much alone cuz they have a dt, so I made sure to tip. Had to leave to eat tho cuz, just no. The smell!
