Panda Express

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered delivery awhile back, and they gave me the wrong rice, burnt chicken, no teriyaki sauce, and the beef and broccoli had 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest just broccoli. I contacted corporate (you can't contact the location directly). They apologized and sent two free meal coupons. Pleased with it. I let it slide. Then, I decided to use one of the coupons. This time, they didn't even include the teriyaki chicken!!! Obviously, they do not know the meaning of quality control because they can't seem to get things right. Make sure you check your order or don't order from there unless you're willing to take a chance. I refuse to give them another try so they can totally strike out. We'll see what corporate has to say this time. Smh

The two girls working the front are rude! One of them didn’t hear me when I said I wanted mushroom chicken. So her and her coworker looked at each other and made a face and then she picked the orange chicken off my bowl and gave me a small scoop of the mushroom chicken I INITIALLY asked for! Then the other girl kept making faces making me feel uncomfortable! It’s not my fault you didn’t hear me! Don’t appreciate the small scoop of chicken you gave me either! Never coming to this location again! The panda by me is way better and they don’t skimp on the food!

I really enjoyed this Panda. Food was good, hot and we got good size servings. It was late and they were still putting out fresh food. I appreciated the service and the store was clean. I would repeat.

This place has poor hygiene. The first time I went there, the lady served my food after handling cash without gloves and without washing her hands. On top of that , she placed her germ infested fingers in the food on my plate. I was so disgusted that I couldn’t even the food. Since then I have never stepped my feet in this place. The only Panda Express I will eat is Gilbert/chandler.

I ordered through Door dash. It was a bow and I can’t believe how much of the entree they served. Less than a spoon! (I have to put it on the lid because I couldn’t believe it) I ordered white rice only they served me fried too. the worse panda I have ever gone, dont ever order online because they will serve you like this.
