Panda Express

This is absolutely disgusting. Not the type to write a bad review but im sick to my stomach, the service was okay but the food quality is terrible. Uncooked chicken & taste disgusting.

The food at Panda was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. However, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, who was very rude during my visit. Customer service is a key part of dining out, and unfortunately, their attitude took away from an otherwise great experience. I really think she is racist and rude to blacks. I hope the management can work on being more courteous to match the quality of their food!

The customer service. I watch server prepare 6 plates for men where she over loaded with 3/4 bigs spoons of rice, noodles and meat. I was ordering 3plates she barely gave me 1 spoon of rice and I said you overloaded the previous plates and uou barely giving me a spoon. Just cancel my order. I then asked for the manager and phones number to your corporate office. The manager , they called "Alex" dud not Eben come by the cashier to speak to me he told them to tell me it's on Google. How unprofessional. If I was a white customer I guarantee he would have at least come speak to me. Panda Express on W.Broward and NW 27th Avenue Ft Lauderdale Fl. Line is always circling 20 times around the mall. Can't handle more than 5 customers every hour. Don't believe me? Come here yourself to experience the 45 minute wait (if you're lucky).

I love this panda express they always get my food right and are always nice zaara the girl that works at panda is always hard working and getting everyone their food fast and moving the line with a smile on her face. 10/10
