About Panda Express

Looking for a Chinese restaurant in Laveen Village, Arizona? Panda Express is located at 5010 W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village, AZ 85339, USA. This location offers a familiar menu of American Chinese cuisine. You can contact them at (602) 237-1981 or +1 602-237-1981.

Customer experiences at this Panda Express location appear to be somewhat varied. One first-time visitor reported a positive experience, highlighting good customer service and delicious food, specifically the grilled teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. They noted a generous portion of chicken but mentioned being somewhat frugal with the rice and indicated they would return.

However, another recent review described a significantly negative experience concerning order accuracy. The customer reported receiving a 2-entree plate with a minimal amount of noodles and one of the entrees. Attempts to contact the store by phone were unsuccessful. Upon returning to the location, the customer spoke with a manager named Jem (or Gem). This interaction was described as unhelpful and made the customer feel as though they were at fault. While the manager offered a side of noodles and an extra entree, the customer felt the situation was poorly handled, especially when the manager walked away before ensuring the staff fulfilled the entire corrected order. This reviewer expressed disappointment with the lack of apology for the inconvenience, a gesture they had received in previous instances of order errors at this location.

Based on these recent reviews, it seems that while some customers have enjoyed the food and service at this Laveen Village Panda Express, there may be inconsistencies, particularly regarding order accuracy and customer service in resolving issues. Potential customers may want to be mindful of this feedback when placing their orders.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for this Panda Express location based on the provided data. It is advisable to inquire directly with the restaurant about any ongoing promotions or special offers.

This was my first time at this location. They did not disappoint. The customer service was good. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. I got plenty of chicken. They were a bit stingy with the rice. The food was delicious. I will return again. I recommend this location.

This location is super hit and miss when it comes to them actually getting your order right. This time was probably my worst experience as don’t understand how the person that prepared my plate felt it was acceptable. I ordered a 2 entree with half and half rice and noodles. When I got home, there was literally 5 noodles and very little of one entree. I tried to call and no one answered, when I went back i asked for the manager. The manager jem (or Gem) was not very understanding of the situation and while she did offer to give me a side of noodles and an entre, the way it was approached made me feel attacked and as I I was the one in the wrong. After she handed me the noodles, she decided to walk away without explaining to their worker I was still owed an entree which I then had to re explain everything. Not sure why the manager Jem decided to walk away without resolving the situation but out of all the times they forget an item, at the very least I get some sort of “hey my apologies for the inconvenience “ which was too much for the manager apparently. That simple action, would have de escalated everything and would avoided these embarrassing images online. The picture was taken 10 seconds after me opening my plate for the record. Tell me if this is acceptable

On this latest stop on August 15, 2023, the drive thru closed. I don't know if it is temporary or not? I ordered the staple favorite orange chicken with the chow mein noodles. The noodles were stiff, and the orange chicken was more like orange crust. Was there any chicken? Maybe chicken pieces with orange jelly lathered on the hard pieces. I may be done with Panda. Previously: I stopped by for a bowl of Kung Pao Chicken with chowmein noodles. By the time I had ordered and pulled up to the window, my food was bagged and ready. As usual, Panda is consistent in flavor, taste, and temperature of the food. Those Thai peppers 🌶 are HOT.

Husband ordered my kids and I some plates before he went to work and not only was the order wrong the food seemed as if it had been sitting all day. I called to speak to a manager about a refund and the worker told me the manager was busy could she take a message???! What?! I then told her I am a unhappy customer and to get him on the phone. I talked with George who told me to bring the food in and a receipt. Mind you it was 114 today and these were meals for myself and the kids so no i wasnt in a hurry to rush back down there for there mistake. When i took the food I talked to Micheal who then said they would only refund $19.50 of my $28 dollar meal because I didnt bring back everything. My children ended up eating the chowmein and rice but everything else was there. The plate with the chowmein was suppose to have 2 orders of orange chicken which clearly it does not. Look at the other stuff it's horrible. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Never eating here again!
