Panda Express

Ordered online and when I got there looks like someone had taken my order or it had gotten lost. Young Hispanic lady (seemed to be running the shift) was very nice and once confirming my order and explaining the situation quickly replaced my meal on the spot. Food was hot and fresh, frequent this location so it’s nice to see team members focus on guest experience!

Possibly the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. The beef broccoli was disgusting and so was the orange chicken although this one was a bit more bearable. The rice and chow mein was not good either but o would rather eat these sides than the actual entree. I’ve never experienced this from Panda Express before. What happened?

My friend and I were starving and needed a decent place to eat real quick so we chose to go to panda. We went through the drive through and these two employers (Astir and Ming) were SO kind to us! Especially considering the fact there was one minute until they closed. They had such an amazing energy that made my friend and I feel beyond grateful. We had an amazing experience here and will 100% be back soon. Thank you Panda, and thank you Astir and Ming! :)

Every time I come to this establishment, the people are nice. The facility is clean. You can always ask to get the food made fresh and they do it with no hesitation. I truly appreciate this location. Keep doing a great job guys. It will not go unnoticed.

So had a couple months ago. I was going to leave a bad review. But I decided not to because I didn’t want that one bad experience to ruin my overall visitation there. Well, we end up ordering a party from them Friday for a party on Saturday. I stopped by Friday and spoke with the general manager, who is the sweetest person alive and assured me that it was going to be plenty of food and let me even take a tray home to show my family how big all the trays are going to be. She even offered me additional food at a discounted rate if I felt like it wasn’t enough food. My dad went to go pick it up Saturday, the general manager was there again and told my dad how she spoke with me and had him go over the food and make sure that it was going to be plenty. He said that was the best experience he ever had and I told him I had a really great experience with her as well. I forgot her name and I hate that I forgot her name because she was the absolute sweetest person ever. 10 out of 10 would go back just for the general manager alone. Also, are party was about thirtyish people and we got the big family tray and it was more than enough food with leftovers. Everything was fresh and delicious!!
