Panda Express

Annite: The waiter didn't put my name on my plate, and the cashier, Octavo, gave my order to another customer after I had waited in line for more than 20 minutes. I had to wait 15 minutes for the cook to take the order again. This is an abuse and disrespectful to customers. The worst service.

There is nothing gluten free besides steamed rice although on the website it states there should be steamed chicken and a few other options. My wife had the regular food, she said it's good but a bit greasy. The restaurant closes at 3am but stuff kept most tables off customers already at 1am and around 1:30 were asking everyone to leave.

Panda Express is decent for a quick meal, but it’s not particularly impressive. The menu offers a good variety of options, and the portions are fair for the price. The Orange Chicken is their standout dish—crispy and flavorful—but some of the other items can be hit or miss. The food is usually fresh, but during busy times, the quality can dip, with dishes feeling rushed or sitting out for too long. Service is efficient, but it can feel a bit impersonal. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re in a hurry or craving Chinese-American food, but it’s not something I’d go out of my way for.

If i could leave 0 starts I would. Im a regular customer of this Panda Express since I started working nearby an office from there. I go there for lunch about three times a week and so do my co workers. Most of the times Im there there is this lady (probably on her 50-60’s, she is a little overweight) and oh my god! The way she treats the employees its disgraceful. How can management allowed this lady to be entitled to speak to her employees like this? Horrible management its probably worst if they think her behavior its okay. Food its great but the energy from this place and specially this lady are horrendous. My co workers and I will never come back to this Panda Express as long as she works there… poor employees have to deal with her nasty attitude because they need the job. Managment needs to do better and either coach or fire this lady! so grumpy, so ugh, you couldn’t pay me to work along her lol…. do better!

Had lunch at this location today. I had to wait over 15 mins for vegetables, and these were quite raw. The atmosphere at this Panda Express is simply awful because of the manager. The manager is very loud and mistreats employees/cooking staff.
