About Panda Express

Welcome to Panda Express, a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants, with a location at 2100 Warrensville Center Rd, South Euclid, OH 44121, USA. As a prominent name in the Chinese Restaurant category, Panda Express offers a fast-casual dining experience with a variety of popular American Chinese dishes. For inquiries, you can contact this location at (216) 371-7099 or their mobile number +1 216-371-7099.

Customer reviews for the Panda Express in South Euclid present a concerning picture regarding both service and order accuracy. One reviewer reported a highly negative phone interaction, stating that the staff "hang up my phone" when they attempted to address an issue with their food. This indicates a significant lack of customer service and a refusal to engage with customer complaints.

Adding to these concerns, another customer expressed extreme disappointment with their order, stating, "Order walnut shimp the gave us chiken breast !! So disappointed !!!" This indicates a serious error in order fulfillment, substituting a completely different protein than what was requested. The reviewer followed up by declaring, "The service is worse ever !!!" further emphasizing their negative experience.

Another review highlighted issues with food availability and customer service. This customer drove "30 minutes" to the location, only to be told an hour before closing that they had "no rice." While they were prepared for potentially limited entree choices due to the late hour, the lack of rice was unexpected and frustrating. The reviewer's frustration was compounded by observing an employee in the back with a "full serving bowl of rice," suggesting that rice was indeed available but perhaps being saved for the next day. The customer was further disappointed by the lack of any attempt to compensate for the missing staple, such as offering a coupon or suggesting an alternative of equal value. This negative experience ultimately led them to dine elsewhere and express a preference for another restaurant in the future.

Considering these recent reviews, local users in South Euclid should be aware of potential issues with order accuracy, customer service, and even food availability at this Panda Express location. The report of a phone call being abruptly ended when a food issue was raised is a serious indicator of poor customer service practices. The substitution of chicken breast for walnut shrimp demonstrates a significant lack of attention to detail in order preparation, which can lead to considerable customer dissatisfaction.

The incident involving the unavailability of rice an hour before closing, despite its apparent presence, suggests potential issues with inventory management or a lack of willingness to serve customers fully even within operating hours. The absence of any compensatory offer for the missing rice further highlights a lack of customer-centric service.

For local users seeking a quick Chinese meal in South Euclid, Panda Express is generally known for its convenience and speed. However, the recent feedback from this specific location raises concerns about the reliability of the service and the accuracy of orders. While Panda Express, as a chain, may have a certain level of familiarity and appeal, the experiences reported by these customers suggest that this particular branch might not be meeting the expected standards.

Given the negative comments regarding customer service, order accuracy, and food availability, potential customers might want to exercise caution when ordering from this Panda Express location. It might be advisable to double-check orders before leaving the premises and to be prepared for potential issues with menu availability, especially closer to closing time. The lack of responsiveness to complaints, as indicated by the hung-up phone call, is also a factor to consider.

In summary, the recent reviews for the Panda Express in South Euclid, OH, present a concerning picture of the customer experience. Issues with incorrect orders, poor customer service interactions (including abruptly ended phone calls), and unexpected food unavailability have been reported. Local users seeking a reliable and satisfactory fast-casual Chinese meal might want to consider these recent experiences and potentially explore other options in the area to ensure a more positive dining experience. While the Panda Express brand is widely recognized, the performance of this specific location appears to be falling short based on the available feedback.

We walked in a whole hour before they closed and the server told us they had no rice. I expected a limited choice for entrees because of the time. But why would they be out of rice? The part that made me mad was that I saw a man in the back with a full serving bowl of rice. It may have been prep for tomorrow but it was not just before closing. It was an hour before closing. If you were truly out of rice(which they were not) they could have made an offer of a coupon or something to entice the customer to order a meal that would be missing half of the value. I'm writing this at five guys now eating my dinner. Next time I'll just come here first.

There is no food at 8pm and they sprayed windex next to the food. We came here at 8pm and 80% of their food were GONE. They only have a little chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. My friend ordered teriyaki chicken and rice. The employee took his order and give it to SOMEONE ELSE and tell us we have to wait another 15 minutes!?!!?! In the meanwhile, another worker was cleaning and spraying WINDEX on the glasses, both the outside and the INSIDE surfaces where food is displayed. I don’t know how much chemicals have been sprayed on the food so I refused to order. We just left and never comeback again.

My husband and I always order honey walnut shrimp. Yesterday, we decided to order honey walnut shrimp and broccoli beef a la carte for takeout, but the order was wrong. They gave us honey sesame chicken breast and broccoli beef instead. When I opened everything at home and plated it, I immediately realized it was wrong. We decided to call the restaurant and explain what happened, and guess what? They hung up on us! We called back, but no one answered. There was no apology or solution offered for this mistake. It’s not just about the money, although that matters too—but your employee wasted my time. I spent 40 minutes driving to pick up the wrong order with no apology! The sesame chicken breast was unacceptable: it was way too sweet! Please check on this branch, I noticed a lot of complaints on Yelp as well! Train the morning shift server from yesterday and the cashier in the black shirt. We have always enjoyed lunch and dinner at Panda Express, but we’ll never come to this branch again. We’ll also be sure to let our friends and family know that this branch is not worth it especially due to the staff.

𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 is easily one of the healthiest and fastest food establishments in University Hts. My first time dining, and I was able to place my dine in order in 15seconds. The food was tasty as well. I enjoyed orange chicken 🍊🍗 honey walnut shrimp 🍯 🍤 and veggie fried rice with sweet & sour sauce. Great eats!
