We used to love this location bc we live nearby,about 2 years ago this was my fav location but lately their food sucks! I know this is a greasy plate but lately they’ve exaggerated with the grease, i got a bowl with chow main and it was literally only cabbage and onions! They must have switched staff or something bc their servings lately are really bad. Last week i swung by and grabbed some food and it was same story,decided to try it again today but it sucked just like last time! 🤢👎

If you wanna get hooked up with a big healthy plate, this is not the place. Go to the panda at the Forum or on Austin Highway. This place is a little tight on the servings. Especially Management

I pull into drive-thru. There is only one other vehicle ahead and already at the payment window. I order my food. I pull up behind the other vehicle. I sit behind other vehicle for 15 minutes. Other vehicle finally clears. I pull up to window and pay. I notice gaggle of workers just standing around having a little hang out session. A few minutes go by and the worker finally gives me my card back. They tell me it will be another few minutes for my food to cook. Extremely slow service. I would really love to know what this specific locations issue is with timely service. Next time, I'll just walk inside and make my own plate.

Okay… first time at this Panda Express. And I need to share because it was not a positive experience. First thing when I approached the counter an employee returns back to the counter dumps food back into the sanitized area as well as tossing food in the trash… and I had to stop looking after that. It was confusing, and definitely not sanitary. Then another employee comes to the counter, takes my order. When I looked at my receipt, I was overcharged- 3 items for $15.50 when it should have been $11.50. Due to the time constraints of a short lunch, I made it a point to call back later that evening when I spoke to Rachel. I explained everything to Rachel who did not assist in any way. I was asking for the difference to be refunded. Rachel declined and said “No!”. I double checked her response, and informed her these charges are wrong, and even if they were right, I am a customer, and only am asking to be refunded what they took. Rachel declined to listen, understand, and assist her customer. Obviously, the call was terrible, and the customer service experience I grade an F. I just started working that day in that neighborhood, and I can promise Panda Express not only will I not go back to that location, I won’t returning back to any Panda Express locations. As promised to Rachel, I would write a review to Google reviews, and also other food platforms.

We decided on a quick dinner without much thought since what could possibly go wrong with panda? Idk what was worse the manager working the evening shift 2/14/25 or the greasy greasy lousy portioned food. I kept seeing them cook but somewhat felt that was was served to us was old. The crusty container holding the rice should have been a dead give away and the chow main mainly being cabbage should have turned us away, even then we still decided to stay considering how packed everywhere was. We had a LONG wait time after ordering our plates there at the register while they accommodated to go orders for 7-10 minutes before finally charging us. I know San Antonio has an overall bad customer service reputation but geeze I’m unsure how this lady even is still a manager considering the entire place overall seemed poorly ran and she was so comfortable being so rude. Will be contacting corporate in a few hours because it is now 4 in the morning and we’ve been sick all night thanks to having dinner here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
