I was surprised by the quality of the food for a chain establishment. Good healthy choices for a Chinese place. Will be back

Ordered DoorDash from them this evening and was missing 2 items. No orange chicken and no apple pie rolls. Not to mention there was approximately four tiny pieces of beef in my beef and broccoli. Got a Partial refund on DoorDash but Comeon how do you mess up an order this bad? Normally love panda but this was an extreme disappointment. Despite this the rice was still tasty and the 4 tiny pieces of beef were good.

The food was alright but the service was outstanding. Alani was so helpful when there was an issue with our food. She was kind and understanding. She made sure it was taken care of right away. She was also efficient during a huge rush of people and happily cleaned the dining room thoroughly! She welcomed guests as they came in and wished them well when leaving. It was really nice seeing such a happy person while at work!

CORPORATE CAUSED POOR SERVICE!!! Great food, sometimes skimpy on the entrees but we all know that's from management. Usually get amazing and speedy service. I'm there several times a month different times of day. But tonight I waited over 35 minutes because of the fried rice. Not employees fault. I can see corporate with their custom black uniforms repeatedly interrupt the employees from doing their job. Four other people in store had to wait with me. They weren't teaching or solving anything. Just measuring the counters & repeatedly getting in the way. Do that before opening. Not in rush hour. Thank you to the sweet gal that kept checking in with us.

I enjoyed this please was peaceful This location offers a wonderful sense of tranquility. The peaceful atmosphere is truly inviting and calming. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. The serene environment promotes a sense of well-being. I highly recommend visiting this peaceful place.
