Panda Express

Ordered online for three people. One entree was wrong- missing the ordered chow mein. Fried rice extremely dry on two entrees. Very expensive for the quality. Didn’t include requested sauces- we requested teriyaki and sweet and sour. First time ordering and was not impressed at all. Went to go on to panda to reach out about our experience and was unable to reach out because all of the required information- store number, order number, etc. They certainly don’t make it easy to provide honest feedback to them as it seems they place many hurdles in the way.

Longtime fan of Panda Express. Have eaten at various locations. New restaurant in Mount Dora is pretty much the same. Clean, well run with great tasting Chinese fast food. I stopped in twice last week. The staff was friendly and service was great.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THE DRIVE-THRU!!!!! This is now my second time eating at this Panda, and it's even worse this time around. At the intercom I ordered Broccoli Beef with Honey Sesame Chicken. When I got home and opened the container it had the smallest portion of food. I had 4 pieces of pretty much raw broccoli and about 5 dime sized pieces of beef!! The chicken tasted like it was sitting outside for days. I hate leaving a negative review, but this place is just trash. I have never had this problem at any other Panda. And what makes it so disappointing is that it's the closest one to my house. For $10 dollars worth of food this is atrocious. If you must eat here, please for the love of God go inside so you can at least see the food before you get it. Also, I imagine they won't skimp out on the portions they give you if you are looking right at them.

I had a disappointing experience with Panda Express through Uber Eats. I ordered two meals and specifically requested seven packets of sweet-and-sour sauce, but only received one packet, which ruined the meals for us. When I called to address the issue, the staff member was hard to communicate with and dismissive of my concern. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service makes me hesitant to order again.

I love this place so much but since they opened up depends on which cook is there it’s how the food will turn out there are days that everything is Amazon but other days like today I’m not happy at all with my food, almost 6oz of onions and lettuce on my chow main and only 4oz of the actual noodle and the orange chicken was raw ! I just hope that they can do something about it because I know for a fact when I say we the people that live in mt dora wanted a panda in town for so long so it could turn out like this it’s just sad 😕
