About Panda Express

Panda Express, located at 500 Triangle Shopping Center in Longview, Washington, is a well-known establishment within the Chinese Restaurant category, specifically operating as a fast-food chain offering a variety of American-Chinese cuisine. While it is part of a larger national brand, individual customer experiences at specific locations can vary, as reflected in the recent reviews for the Longview branch.

One customer shared a severely negative experience with a delivery order placed through Uber Eats, totaling $30.00. The order included Beef and Broccoli, Teriyaki Chicken, and Orange Chicken. However, the customer reported significant discrepancies and omissions in their order. They received rice, a very small portion of Orange Chicken (approximately 4-5 pieces the size of two quarters), and a complete absence of beef in the Beef and Broccoli dish, which instead contained only three pieces of broccoli. The customer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, labeling the order as "straight trash" and not worth the $30.00 spent, or even $5.00. Attempts to contact the restaurant to rectify the issue were reportedly unsuccessful, with no answer to their calls. This negative experience led the customer to vow never to spend money at Panda Express again and to express an intention to contact the owner regarding the incorrect order and lack of resolution. The customer's frustration was palpable, particularly regarding the missing beef, which was a primary item they desired. They questioned how such a significant error could occur in a fast-food setting where food is typically spooned into containers, suggesting a lack of attention to order accuracy or potential issues with food availability at the time of their order.

In stark contrast, another reviewer offered a positive perspective, focusing on the management and staff of this Panda Express location. This reviewer, who claims to have witnessed the store manager working after hours, performing extra cleaning and attending to details that might be overlooked during busy periods, praised the management's dedication. They also observed a crew that respects the management and is detail-oriented. This positive feedback suggests that the Longview Panda Express location has a well-managed team that is concerned with cleanliness and operational efficiency. This could potentially translate to a better in-store experience for customers who choose to dine in or pick up their orders.

Considering these two very different reviews, it is clear that customer experiences at the Panda Express in Longview can vary significantly. The negative review highlights serious issues with order accuracy and potential food shortages, as well as poor customer service in resolving these issues. This experience, if representative of a broader trend, could be a cause for concern for local users considering Panda Express, especially for delivery orders placed through third-party services like Uber Eats. The positive review, on the other hand, suggests that the location benefits from strong management and a dedicated team, which could lead to a more positive in-store environment and potentially better quality control.

Regarding the environment of the Panda Express in the Triangle Shopping Center, the positive review mentioning after-hours cleaning by the manager suggests that there is an emphasis on maintaining a clean store. Fast-food restaurants like Panda Express typically have a casual and efficient environment designed for quick service. Located in a shopping center, it likely offers easy access and ample parking. However, the negative review does not provide any insight into the in-store environment, as the order was placed for delivery. Local users who plan to visit the location for dine-in or pickup might find the environment to be clean and well-maintained based on the positive feedback about the management's efforts.

The services offered by Panda Express generally include dine-in, takeout, and delivery through various third-party platforms like Uber Eats, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Customers can also likely place orders online or via phone for pickup. The negative review highlighted a failure in their delivery service experience, both in terms of order accuracy and the lack of customer service follow-up. In contrast, the positive review focused on in-store management and staff, suggesting that the service quality might be better for in-person interactions. Local users should be aware of the potential for issues with delivery orders based on the negative feedback.

Panda Express is known for its American-Chinese fast-food menu featuring popular dishes such as Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and various rice and noodle options. A key feature of Panda Express is its quick service model, allowing customers to get their food efficiently. The positive review suggests that this location might also prioritize cleanliness due to the manager's involvement. However, the negative review raises concerns about the consistency and accuracy of fulfilling orders, particularly for delivery, and the potential for significant errors like missing main ingredients. Local users might find the menu and the speed of service appealing but should be mindful of the potential for order inaccuracies, especially when ordering through third-party delivery services.

Promotional information for Panda Express is often available on their national website or through their mobile app. These promotions can include limited-time offers, family meal deals, or discounts on specific items. The provided reviews do not mention any specific promotions for the Longview location. Local users interested in deals or discounts should check the official Panda Express website or app, or inquire at the store directly. Fast-food chains like Panda Express frequently have ongoing promotions to attract customers.

In conclusion, the Panda Express at the Triangle Shopping Center in Longview, Washington, presents a mixed picture based on recent customer reviews. While there is evidence of dedicated management focused on cleanliness and a detail-oriented staff, there are also serious concerns raised about order accuracy and customer service for delivery orders placed through platforms like Uber Eats. Local users considering Panda Express should be aware of these contrasting experiences. If dining in or picking up orders, they might encounter a clean and well-managed environment. However, those opting for delivery should be cautious and perhaps double-check their orders upon arrival, given the reported issues with missing items and lack of resolution. It would be advisable for the management to address the issues raised in the negative review to ensure a consistent and satisfactory experience for all customers, regardless of how they choose to order.

Just 3 pieces of broccoli no beef at all!!!!! Main thing i wanted, straight trash not worth $5.00 much less $30.00 call back to have fixed!! And no surprise no answer like always! Will never spend $1 there again, also I looked up the owner of panda and calling them tomorrow! I want my money back you can take this trash back! I'm not spending $30 on 3 pieces of broccoli!!!!! Management in these kinds of restaurants is key and I've witnessed the store manager of this location many times after hours doing extra cleaning and all the other details that may not be achievable during the work day. I witnessed a crew that respects mamgement and is detail-oriented. Well done,

As a mother of three, I've learned to expect the unexpected when traveling with my tribe. On February 26th, while house hunting in Longview, Washington, our crew's hunger and grumpiness levels reached critical mass. I made an impromptu decision to stop at Panda Express, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Normally, I opt for more leisurely dining experiences, but desperation won out this time. Fortunately, we were greeted by Lucky, a shining star among fast-food staff. Her exceptional service, patience, and warm smile made all the difference. Lucky took her time to ensure our order was accurate, never rushing my kids or making them feel anxious about choosing their meals. Her calm and composed demeanor was a beacon of hope amidst the chaos of a busy fast-food restaurant. I applaud Lucky for providing outstanding customer service, even when her colleagues seemed rushed. Her dedication to ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable left a lasting impression. To fellow parents, if you find yourself in Longview, Washington, with a car full of hungry kiddos, do yourself a favor and head to Panda Express at the Triangle shopping center. Ask for Lucky, and you'll be treated to a truly exceptional dining experience. Thank you, Lucky, for a wonderful meal and a refreshing reminder that excellent customer service still exists!

If you go into this place and watch them put the food in the containers, it's not bad, but the last time we went there we got mostly white rice, and not much of anything else. We got green bean chicken, and I swear there were about six green beans!! Another time we went there we got there about an hour before closing. We used the drive thru. They let us keep ordering, and then telling us that they didn't have something - mostly everything we chose. They also told us they were unwilling to make any more. It was WEIRD - if they weren't willing to honor their menu, they could have AT LEAST told us what they had (at the end, WHEN WE ASKED, they finally did. In short, the food at Panda Express is usually great. However the service AT THIS ONE is . . . ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!! It's been over a year since we went there and it will probably be another one before we are willing to roll the dice again . . .
