At this location there is never food. No matter what time of the day or what day of the week. The service was friendly but that is about it. Management is clueless as what kind of traffic the store sees! no one in the restaurant in management has common sense to think that on a weekend there will be people coming in at this time to order food, at the time I am waiting for my turn more customers walked in, they scrapped the bowls to serve me a portion. this is not the first time I have try to order at this location and this happens.

You guys really have some nerve to put two pieces of meat in the beef and broccoli plate I ordered on uber eats. Mind you the uber delivery pricing is sky high, so paying high dollar for two pieces of meat is INSANE I’ve never been so upset over a delivery order EVER. What was the reason?!

They are always out of food and it's always a lot people there. Why do you wait until the food is out to start back cooking? Very poor service

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars for the exceptional experiences I had at your location twice today. I was met with wonderful customer service from Angela, Birdie, Tim, and other staff members. They also recommended several items to try which were all outstanding!! The portions were generous and their positive attitudes exceeded my expectations!! I hope they get the praise they deserve because I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!! I also made sure to complete the surveys on my receipts so they get the recognition they deserve. 10/10 recommend coming here!!

I was here waiting for about 25 minutes for an online order to be completed. From the time i walked in the bathrooms were closed and one young lady was ringing up people and fixing food as other employees were tending to other things, there was a line and still the young lady was left up front by herself to handle food and take payments as the asian young woman “cleaned bathrooms and took out trash. People came in looking for uber orders and to place orders and no one stopped to help assist the young lady up front. Not to mention no use of restrooms nor any tea available. Although I do believe your end of night clean up is important, I dont believe it should be done at the expense of the customers experience.
