I’m a hospital employee and decided to go to Panda Express for lunch. I ordered myself a plate with Steamed veggies and 2x grilled chicken as my entree. However, this is the food I got… burnet chicken and soggy veggies. This is horrible and I’m very upset with this order. Unacceptable.

I frequent this Panda almost every week! Initially they gave small scoops compared to other Panda Express restaurants. But their service has improved so much! Thanks to their excellent customer service! Probably due to better management too..! Special acknowledgement to the ladies that always greet and serve with a smile! Their kindness and hospitality is exceptional!! Big Thank YOU to Jisel, Leanne, Luz and Christina for always making my visit a happy one! 😇 Also, this Panda has become my favorite Panda! Food is fresh, good amounts and the restaurant is very clean! Highly recommended!

So, it’s not the first time, I order from here it’s the closest Panda Express we have it sucks because I have to order from here again only ordered because my mom loves Panda Express! I was already thinking about what was going to happen not the first time. They already missed my Cheese Rangoons that cost $10 dollars and only got 5 dollars back from DoorDash. And again it happened but not a lot. This time it was on my plate that they forgot my chicken teriyaki only put the orange chicken on one side and double white rice but forgot chicken teriyaki…. Not impressed dissatisfied. 👎

Went here with my husband and kids, the way the manager served us food was less than half a scoop. I was going to stay quiet until I saw her give the next customer TWO scoops. She did serve us more, thankfully I noticed how much she served others.

Small portions, long lines, popular items are never ready, and they mess up orders. I'm fairly certain they don't like white people because they hook up the people in front of rather they're Asian or Hispanic, but they skimp me on everything and leave items out of my order.
