They don't keep to the schedule. I think everyone is in a hurry to leave. I came in before 10 and they're supposed to close at 10:30 and they told me I couldn't eat inside when there were people inside eating. What was that? Racism or was the girl who served me in a bad mood? But well, the skinny girl who spoke Spanish and served us, I think she was in a hurry to leave. I've also been to the drive-thru before 10:30 and they turn off the menu sign before the time. Someone please put things in order because if they have a schedule, it has to be followed. Do not force the customer to file a complaint with the appropriate department.

It's 9:25 just left this location with no food! They told me they had no rice because the machine was broken. I asked for an order of crab Rangoon. They had a few in a pan with the fried apple things. I asked what time they closed the woman rudely told me 10:30. One half of the food section had clean metal bowls. She told me they were cleaning. I am not stupid. They were breaking down everything for the end of the night and did not want to make anything else. Very disappointed in this location. I usually receive great service here. Actually passed by another Panda,location to come to this one. Do not post your hours as 10:30 if you are not going to have a full menu.

Picked up take out and as I was about to eat, I found hair in my food—a situation that should never happen in any establishment that values cleanliness and customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the manager’s attention, Miguel, I was shocked by their response—or lack thereof. They didn’t apologize, express concern, or even acknowledge how unacceptable this was. Instead, they acted as though this was a routine occurrence, which is deeply unsettling. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable, and it left me questioning their overall hygiene and management standards.

Went to this location for the first time last night and had the pleasure of being greeted by Charles. He had amazing customer service, honestly the best I’ve ever received at a Panda Express establishment. He made sure our food was fresh and made to order. He really went above and beyond for our order and I really appreciate it! Thanks Charles for being you and creating a great customer experience for us!
