Extremely impressed with the portions. The last couple times I’ve had chipotle, they’ve skimped on even rice. So it’s great to see there are places that still give nice portions, along with quality tasting food. I went through the drive through and the food was out immediately. I did have to knock it a star because I found a hair in the rice. But overall impressed.

Chicken was raw. I got sick. I called the restaurant three days in a row, no answer. Called customer service. Was told I'd get a refund. 15 days later and still waiting. Never got a call back from the restaurant. Did get an email from a district manager, after I'd called the health department and an inspection was done. Update: today is January 9. I was promised a refund 37 days ago. Still nothing. Today I got an email offering me two $10 free entrees. NO. I paid over $30 for dinner- which again, MADE ME PHYSICALLY ILL. They offered this because "they tried and just cant credit the debit card I used." It is a business. If a business takes credit cards, they can credit a credit card. This has been the WORST experience! They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

So today I wanted to get panda after a long day at work . I pull through the drive thru and order a plate of chow mein/super greens +Kung pan and broccoli beef .Tell me why when I open the plate at home I get white rice (the employee didn't say anything about there not being chow mein) and a whole bunch of broccoli and exactly ONE PIECE of beef , literally one piece??! If the employee said anything i wouldn't have ordered in the first place since I love chow mein it's the best part of my order tbh.

It's mid. Some stuff is dry, others are good. They didn't fill up my small box, so my one scoop costed 6 dollars. Wish I went to Chipotle for the extra couple dollars lol.

1st time visitor had Lunch date with my kid. Don’t ask for sample; Before you purchase your food. Even though they have toothpicks to offer it. You will get a dirty look from Little old lady. She was mad rolled her eyes. Didn’t bother me I laughed it off. My sons orange chicken and rice was delicious. I ordered teriyaki chicken young man was cooking. He was making it fresh when I walked in. Felt like my chicken meat wasn’t seasoned at all. so when I put the packet of sauce on it made it worst. The interior decor was clean and modern. Maybe I’ll just try something else next time. My kid enjoyed it so thanks.
