I have no complaints. This specific location is nice compared to others. There’s usually parking. The store feels clean. The orange chicken is great. The employee that I interacted with was a young Asian man, who was very polite and cheerful. It felt like he had a genuine zest for life (very different from the average fast food worker). The food was fresh even though it was late at night. I’d go back again and I’d tell a friend to go too.

My food was good and store was clean, the customer service needs a little work because the associate was not in the best mood . She looked as if she did not want to work that day or she didn’t feel like serving . I got her to crack a smile once she checked me out . Just a thought…. when you’re in the service business and you’re serving people their food you should be pleasant … I get it. I know serving food and dealing with customers these days can be tough, but I just wanted to at least try to make her feel that I appreciated her.

God bless Dylan W. He was so kind and patient I just literally can't be driving 20 minutes ago I'm a delivery driver but I took a break to get something to eat and my car declined because I didn't transfer the phone to One account to another so he was very patient while waiting. The food was delicious and I parked to the side and I knew I had to leave a good review. Everyone there is always so nice but he really just went above and beyond and I'm so appreciative!

I come to this location at least twice or sometimes 3 times out of the month. I'm not sure what's going on or what's in the air in there but the service has been horrible... 1.) Have on menu board beyond orange chicken. I asked for it, to be informed discontinued by a female staff at night in drive thru. I asked for manager to question why still on board if no longer available. The male manager informed me it's not discontinued, they just changing brand but haven't received currently. I goes back week later and tonight to be informed no longer having . 2.) Tonight asked for walnut shrimp bowl with chow main n veggies. I asked staff could they add more shrimp I'll pay $1.50. The manager and staff going to say can't do it and if did would be $3.00 for shrimp and $1 for premium. I told them never mind and what's the big issue adding bowl vs. Getting two entrees.. The female night lead inform me it's $2.50 for male and premium upcharge for extra shrimp. I told her know because shrimp add on $1.50 . =out to be almost $4 when 2 entrees plate cost $10 . I'd addressed my concerns to the leads and the male guy said secret shopper has been there this month and not worried. Also, acting unprofessional during the whole service under the impression he's been recorded. If was still not representing company properly. This is why chic fi-la successful. Also, he made my food vs. The staff that suppose to. He was very limited and careless with making my bowl. Then hand my drink that fill almost to the top of cup with ice..

I literally stood here for 13 minutes flat waiting for my online order that was already ready. I think the manager who's, a young Asian lady of descent., needs to be more aware of the surroundings. Not once did she make eye contact or even notice that I was standing there waiting for my order that was ready.
