Did a drive thru order and waited about an hour for my food. Fatima gave the wrong time frame for rice so I waited 30mins in my car and about 35-40mins inside. Which caused an ordeal and a call to corporate(Fatima did it to herself really). In return I got a free plate and appetizer lol and a side of stank attitude from Fatima. It was an experience! An hour long one. Also my order wasn’t even correct.

My partner bought me food just a kids meal and the chicken was burnt come on y'all you gave away burnt food instead of just throwing it away and making it fresh is crazy work. Even if it's 30 minutes before closing don't give away burnt food! Please Fix this !!!

They should just call it broccoli, not beef and broccoli. I dug through all of my broccoli and found 1 piece of beef, literally 1 piece. I also had to cook the food in a pan at home because it was almost raw. And when I went in to pick up my $80 online order, they didn't give me my drink so I got in line and waited my turn to let them know and then they literally told me I had to wait for them to checkout the people behind me first. Will definitely never go to this location again.

I just came back to fix my review because I am very appreciative for the major accommodation I received. Both of my plates were replaced today. This is all thanks to Angela the manager on duty and I also appreciate that Ely showed accountability and showed effort to improve her service. Look forward to seeing you guys again soon and I wish you all well.

I really had a very bad experience with this store, I bought 2 sets of fried rice, noodles and some other dishes, I also bought 1 more set of fried rice because I thought it was ok. But no, all the food I bought was in a raw state and very hard to eat, especially the fried rice, the rice grains were not cooked, when I ate it it was like I was chewing a handful of uncooked rice. I was really upset and dissatisfied with this store.
