Waited 27 min for my to go order . The girl manager in black could have cared less . Was just texting and gabbing away . She was making peoples food in line while there's 7 people waiting for her to start boxing to go food . I finally spoke up after seeing 10 people get their food eat and leave ! Had to hold her hand to make 2 plates and an egg roll . Soooo upset .

Some Panda Express has employees that are all 3rd-stringers. This one is top shelf. The manager runs a right ship. Most of these are ALWAYS out of SuperGreens, but for this location that is rare. Great job!

I’m just gonna be honest nobody wants a whole baby chicken on there plate like ngl this ridiculous and this is a disgrace to the stomach and whoever is allowing panda to keep serving this shouldn’t even be able to speak at family functions when eating….💯💯💯💯

Used to enjoy this restaurant. Food has slowly been declining. Service is only adequate. Today, they were out of diet Coke and both sweet/unsweetened tea at the service station. I reported it, but no one seemed in a hurry to replace them. Focus seems to be on drive-thru and call ahead customers. Update 03//19/2025 Not much has changed since my previous review other than the portions sizes have gotten smaller.

Submitted an online order at 9:10pm and arrived to pick it up around 9:40pm. The store hours show they don’t close until 10:30pm but the doors were already locked so I went through the drive thru to pick up the order since it was already paid for. Once I got to the window I was told to pull around for the order and it would be a 10-15 minutes wait for them to bring it out. I pulled around and waited until 10:15 and still nothing. There were other cars waiting in their food as well that had been waiting a long time to receive their food. I eventually got out to knock on their door so they could issue a refund since at this point I didn’t want the food anymore and there were about 6 workers there and not one had the decency to atleast acknowledge me and tell me what was going on. Had I been told from the start they were closing early I would have understood and gladly accepted a refund. Im very upset at the fact that my money was taken and my time was wasted and the food was never given to me.
