About Panda Express

Panda Express, located at 17100 Southcenter Pkwy SUITE #100 in Tukwila, Washington, offers a convenient option for those seeking American Chinese fast food in the Southcenter area. As a well-known chain of Chinese Restaurants, Panda Express aims to provide quick service and a familiar menu of popular dishes. This particular location can be contacted at (206) 575-2206 or +1 206-575-2206 for inquiries.

Panda Express is generally recognized for its fast-food approach to Chinese cuisine, emphasizing efficiency and providing a consistent menu across its various locations. The Southcenter Parkway branch in Tukwila aims to uphold these standards, offering a readily accessible dining option for shoppers, local residents, and visitors to the area.

Based on the limited customer feedback available for this specific location, there are both positive and negative experiences reported. One reviewer who was visiting from out of town shared a positive first impression, noting that they were greeted upon entering the restaurant. They also commended the staff for being "very polite" and found the food to be "very fresh." This suggests that this Panda Express location can provide a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a good standard of food quality.

However, another customer reported a significant issue with their order of chow mein. According to this review, the dish consisted predominantly of celery and cabbage, with a very minimal amount of actual chow mein noodles. The customer explicitly stated that their plate was mostly filled with these vegetables and provided photographic evidence (though we cannot see these photos directly). This reviewer also mentioned picking out a portion of the celery they did not want, yet the remaining amount was still substantial, further indicating a disproportionate amount of vegetables to noodles in their meal. This negative feedback raises concerns about the consistency in the preparation of certain dishes at this location.

Given the limited number of reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment and services at this Panda Express. Typically, Panda Express restaurants feature a casual and functional dining area designed for quick turnover. The focus is usually on efficiency in ordering and food preparation. The positive review mentioning a polite greeting suggests a customer-friendly service approach, at least in some instances. However, the negative review regarding the incorrect proportion of ingredients points to a potential lapse in quality control or attention to detail in food preparation.

Key features of Panda Express as a brand include its standardized menu of popular American Chinese dishes, its focus on quick service, and its visibility as a large national chain. While the positive review aligns with the expectation of fresh food, the negative review highlights a potential inconsistency in the execution of their menu items. The availability of a phone number suggests that customers can place orders ahead of time or make inquiries.

There is no specific promotional information mentioned in the provided reviews for this particular Panda Express location on Southcenter Parkway. Panda Express often has national or regional promotions, which may or may not be available at this specific store. Local users interested in any special offers or discounts should check the official Panda Express website or inquire directly at this Tukwila location.

In conclusion, the Panda Express at 17100 Southcenter Pkwy in Tukwila, WA, has received mixed feedback from the limited reviews available. While one customer praised the polite service and fresh food, another reported a significant issue with the composition of their chow mein, which was mostly celery and cabbage with very few noodles. This inconsistency in food preparation is a point of concern for potential customers. While the welcoming greeting suggests a positive service interaction, the issue with the chow mein indicates a need for better attention to detail in fulfilling orders. For local users in the Southcenter area looking for a quick Chinese meal, this Panda Express location offers the convenience of a well-known chain. However, the reported inconsistency in food quality, specifically with the chow mein, should be taken into consideration.

We’re from out of town visiting the area and decided to eat, and they greeted us when we walked in. As well, they were very polite and the food was very fresh.

I asked for chow meins but the employee gave me all celery and cabbage, very little chow meins or even no chow meins at all. I asked for a plate. most of it was celery and cabbage! In the photos I provided, I only ate the side dishes, and you could hardly see the noodles in the chow meins part! I also picked out half of celery and put it aside because I don’t like to eat it, but it was still a lot! The part of the chow meins in the photo is what I haven’t eaten yet. You can probably see that before I even started eating that part, there is only a little chow meins to be seen.

Review: I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Southcenter Square Panda Express chain. I witnessed the manager, Christina, serving food without wearing gloves. She handled food for at least four customers with bare hands, which is a serious health risk. Proper food handling is essential to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety. This lack of hygiene raises concerns about the restaurant’s overall food safety practices. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and enforces proper food handling procedures to protect their customers. Until then, I would be hesitant to return.

today I came here and waited in line For maybe 20 minutes just because the workers here like to prioritize online order is more than The people standing in line, There was about almost 8 workers but in an unnecessary long line, but this isn't even the worst part when it was time to get my food she gave me the little food possible and I should've asked for more, but I did not get a chance. I'm telling you this never ever ever ever get food from this place they skimp you on your food and charge you for no reason
