Panda Express

This is the WORST panda to go to ! Not only does their COSTUMER SERVICE SUCK , they messed up my ORDER 3 TIMES which required me to come back 3 TIMES in ONE NIGHT. First they forgot my Wontons , came back and got it then when I got home I noticed in the bag they forgot one of my bigger plates causing my family to drive all the way back . Once they got back they told Mariana the server she didn’t say much and had ATTITUDE the WHOLE TIME ! Just to arrive home AGAIN with a bigger plate that is wrong AGAIN . Ordered half and half and got only chow mein ! I won’t be back and if I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD ! Panda Express needs to work on training their employees to have better attitudes ! You guys get paid way more than city workers ! At least act your pay ! Ridiculous!

When I used the app my order was sent to this location by accident. I tried to call right away to have it cancelled but after trying 9-10 times no one would answer. I went to the location I had been trying to order from and had them use the store phone to call. This location picked up immediately. I talked to the manager on shift. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was told that I would not be getting a refund on the food even though I had no way of getting to them. The manager at the store that helped me call said I should call corporate to get a refund. I did and was told they would not be giving me a refund, but they would send an email for a coupon for a free 'plate' due to the issue. I never received the coupon. If you are trying to get panda, I would highly suggest you choose a different location, but know that if there is a problem, you not only won't get help resolving it, but that disrespect and lies tend to run in the chain of command.

Our order took forever, first they told us it would be a wait for noodles. Then they served everybody else prior when the noodles were done. After they told us it would be a wait for shrimp, but it was there when we ordered it. Don't waste your time here. Staff were not friendly either when helping us. Go to a different panda.

I love me some good panda express and I usually go to a different location but the night that I went here was a shorter drive because I had learned that this location was closer to my house. The food as usual was fine but there was a young lady behind the counter and I couldn’t tell whether or not she was just simply unpleasant or because maybe she was having an off night. Either way she wasn’t very nice which I understand accept when customers are polite and say hello and have a nice day and thank you very much it would be nice to hear that in return. If you’re young and you have a job, rock on but, learn to check all of your home problems at the door. Come into work and be prepared to be nice to the customers that are paying your wage.

My experience at the Panda Express at Taylorsville was great. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The girl who took my order at the register was so kind and patient, and it was clear she cared about her job. The girl who served my food was just as friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was great too, as was the location. There was plenty of parking, and it’s easy to get in and out of. I had a wonderful time eating at Panda Express.
