I have never left a review before. Although me and my wife visited this location on 04/10 Thursday night at 10:25pm. Not only was the service extremely poor, but there were unsafe and poor safety practices in place. The first thing we noticed was there were less than half the food options available to us, the fried rice, no eggrolls, etc. My wife wanted fried rice but that was not an option, even over 30 minutes before closing. The next thing is there was a very unprofessional Samoan lady spraying the floors and sides of walls right next to the food sitting out. This is a complete safety violation and extremely unprofessional. There was water misting and spraying over all the food. The girl the was putting our food together made a comment when we were selecting our food that, “we caught them right before closing.” When there was over 30 minutes before closing begins. In the middle of the girl making our food, the Samoan lady was standing in the way of the food line not even considering getting out of the way. To top it off, when we asked for 2 medium drinks, she said, “ohhh we closed the fountain. I guess I could get some from the drive through if you want.” What else are we supposed to drink?? Again, I have never left a review but the atmosphere and the overall professionalism was not there. Whoever the shift lead was lacks professionalism and coaching to make sure all associates have good customer service.

I love coming there! My food is always fresh to-go. They are normally cleaning when I come in, and it is always super clean inside.

I ordered a plate with the Black pepper steak and fried rice and the mushrooms in the steak weren’t even cooked. It was like eating a damn salad. Disgusting. I got whole pieces of uncooked mushrooms covered in the sauce. I called and they said that’s how it always is(not true) my mushrooms are always cooked. They also didn’t inform us that our drinks would not have ice because their machine is broken, they just gave us drinks either no ice. 25 dollars for a plate and a bowl.

Do not use the drive-through unless you have time to waste and like going inside anyways. They have had me pull around and completely forgotten about my order three times. Each time I've had to go inside to get my order after waiting a good 20 minutes in the front of their store.

Staff need to Pay attention when taking orders. I ordered at the screen then had to order it again at the window. they still didn’t get it right. Food was good just not what I ordered.
