Food was ok. Service was good but I said twice that it was for here and they put everything in a bag. All tables were dirty so I had to clean one with a napkin in order to seat at a “clean “ one

I have ordered consistently at this store online for over a year without issues, but recently no order has seemed to be right. Of my last 10 orders, 7 have had some issue with them of either missing or incorrect food,. The food here is delicious if you get what you order but I cannot for the life of me give it any higher until they can learn how to get what you ordered properly again. Staff is friendly, food is good, but I want what I order.

Stolen food order. Manager refused to take care of the issue. As an uber driver I went in to pick up and order and the manager told me that I was the fourth person to try to pick up the order. I explained to her someone came in and picked up the order and didnt confirm it and stole it. I told her this would keep happening until the order was delivered. I told her it would be best if she remade the order and I finished the delivery. She refused too and told me she wasn’t going to waste money remaking the order. I confirmed with the person ordering it was never delivered. The manager just argued with me and said it was an issue with Uber to take care of. I routinely deliver for panda 5-10 times a week going back over a year. I won’t be doing that if this is how I’m treated. Stolen orders negatively affect drivers pay and time and cancellations affect my stats. Stolen orders were an issue last year but this is the first for this year.

My husband and I just bought dinner here. I got the broccoli and beef this is what it looked like a bowl almost full of just rice with 3 bite size pieces of beef and a few chunks of broccoli. I may as well have just ordered rice. My husband asked for chicken fried rice she rudely said we don’t have that.. then he asked for fried rice which they did have, and then had to order something completely separate from it that had some chicken in it. Then she tossed it on top of the rice with about three bites of chicken. He never asked her to do that. If this is how panda express puts out their portions then we wont be back. Way too expensive for that.

This place is a rip off. I ordered the first time and my beef and broccoli had literally no beef. I ordered again today and it was not delivered at all. Apparently they choose to 3rd party contract through door dash and said it isn’t their problem once it leaves the store and I would have to call door dash. I did not order through door dash; I ordered directly from the Panda Express app. They should be responsible for unfulfilled deliveries. When I called door dash, they said I had to contact the store since I went through them. The manager was rude and had no interest in trying to take care of the issue.
