Panda Express

I'm excited to have a new panda opening up closer to my house. One of our guilty pleasures. They don't have a posted grand opening date yet, but I will update my review once they do. The interior looks very modern and has a hip vibe. Update coming soon!

We hosted a last minute family dinner and placed our order at drive thru. The team was quick, friendly, and so so kind. Daim went above and beyond to get our order out and he was very generous with our service.

I don’t know who is running this BRAND NEW restaurant but they need to find someone else. They take so long to get orders out and I’ve never seen that at any Panda Express. And when I went in there the employees just look lost, obviously they should have been trained better before the opening.

Ordered a Togo order and ended up waiting 25 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. The lobby was not stocked with utensils or lids for customers, interrupting the flow of service. Staff seemed very stressed and rushed. They desperately need a couple more staff members in there to avoid these issues. The food was outstanding, but we did not receive our orange chicken and in it's place was fried rice. Honestly the hiring manager needs to help these folks out and get some more people in there; it isn't fair to the staff for customers.

Went through drive thru and staff was very friendly. Ordered two plates and staff was very informative to tell you if an item would take some time to cook and if you were willing to wait. After a decent wait, the food came out fresh and hot. We got exactly what we ordered. It was delicious. They even provided a military discount. We'll be back.
