Panda Express

Fast food award of the day. They got 5 orders in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. The food is what you would think fast food would be. The employee was very nice and quick. Good job Panda Express. And the building is pretty new. I hope they keep it in good shape.

Do not waste your time or money...this location has toddler size entree portions. It was a crime to even call them "entrees". I ordered the broccoli beef, honey fried shrimp, anad fried rice. The shrimp entree was six tiny shrimp, but the broccoli beef was even smaller. Under an a few stalks of broccoli was 3 tiny slivers of beef. All the beef was literally smaller than a single piece of the shrimp. I will never eat there again, one time was one time too many.

Was at the DT window for 10 to 15 seconds, drove to window and the Dt female cashier stated to me, " you have to wait until I greet you!" I asked to speak to the manager, he arrived at the window with no eye contact-asked him how long does it take to be greeted at the speaker menu, he told me 3 seconds. I said I was there alot longer than 3 seconds and proceeded to place my order with brown rice the female DT cashier stated they didn't have any, I asked can I get white rice instead? She said yes, paid for my order drove off and it has fried rice instead (SMH), I then drive back through the DT and sure enough was waiting again and the same DT cashier gets on the speaker finally and I let her know my order is incorrect. I proceeded to the DT Window and she never came back to window and I'm waiting yet again and the male manager came (no eye contact)," he asked if it was something wrong?" I responded, "I asked for white rice and this is fried rice." I showed him my receipt and the DT female wrung up fried rice, I then asked I'm not sure but do you have brown rice he stated to me no. I said can I please get white rice please-he replaced the order did not Apologize, he did Listen, did not Satisfy, but did thank me for coming back. What happened to Listen, Apologize, Satisfy, and Thank (L.A.S.T.) at 100% being executed with Panda Express business module pertaining to customer service in resolving guest related concerns. Very disappointed will NOT be back especially when I barely eat Panda! Definitely can tell the manager did not Coach his team member because I went back a second time and yet again was waiting at the Drive Thru! This could have been completely resolved by a knowledgeable cashier with a friendly smile and pleasant personality. I'm sure business is slow here due to lack management experience. Really disappointed I don't come to Panda Express often definitely want be back now!

6:46pm March 3rd 2025, employee drops utensil on floor, almost immediately reuses it. Sees customer watching him, he turns and rinses it with just water and his hand, then proceeds to use it. Not properly sanitized. I understand being busy as well as working in food services which is why I am in the business of reviewing now. I usually come here due to cleanliness, employees are respectful, and make the customer feel welcomed, but unfortunately I won’t anymore.

I usually don't come to this Panda Express but decided to come. Because you are the closest one to my home. Don't know the server's name kind of tall Hispanic glasses. Was not that friendly? Change my order. Because I wanted to wash for fresh greens. And she seemed to get a little agitated about it. That I didn't want what was already in the bowl but I will say that. Your food tastes a little better than normal. I guess because I compare your panda. Express with a one-off of 20 and the 1 in red oak. But I feel eventually you will get as good as them.
