♥️Panda Express and have for years now, this is my 2nd time trying it in the Texas area over the last few years. This location is good, the server in drive through was friendly and here are me & my husband's order- 2 bigger plate meals, one with rice and one with chow mein along with 2 egg roll- it seemed a little burnt but still was good. Dinner was delicious and very filling 😋 🙌🏿🍜🍱 We also got 2 large Hi-C drinks to complete the meal. I still had food leftover because I got full. Overall, great quality food & the portions + sauces are very liberal. Will definitely go again. 👍🏿 -God Bless

I like the less processed string bean chicken as opposed to the other chicken they use in orange chicken and other entrees. But this location seems to be out of that entree too often. Or they just served up a fresh batch and the green beans are still too raw & crunchy, and need to cook down more as they sit on the serving line. I just left hungry because they were out of literally half the entrees. I know this is a newer location; I just wish they'd get better management. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months to see if they got any better.

Ordered a bigger plate with chowmain, double kung po, and teriyaki chicken. They left out the teriyaki chicken and tried to cover it up by placing the chowmain to make it seem like it was under. I ordered it through ubereats and i know it was not driver as bag sticker to close was intact. Called restaurant and no answer. Now they are closes and most likely they didn't want to make more so close to closing time. Should have had decency to let me know so i could choose something else. Would have loved to get what I actually paid for. 10/30/2024 Once again! Ordered bigger plate with chowmain, 2 kung po and 1 teriyaki chicken and once again teriyaki chicken was not in order. 10/31/2024- They were kind enough to replace my whole order and were sorry about the missing item.

Had to wait over 35 minutes to receive our food after being told it would only take 10 minutes. Then finally receiving our food and missing some of our order. It was a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken I went in didn’t fuss just let them know someone said to give them just a little bit I did I seen them throw veggies on to the pan not even a minute later gave me my bowl went to go eat it and the vegetables were completely raw. Absolutely annoyed went to voice my concern to the manager I wasn’t rude about it asked just to be refunded for my bowl. No apologies or attempt to make it right. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Also, my daughter’s kids meal was just simply thrown together.

This is the view of their food line at 8:40pm on a Friday night. We waited in the drive thru line before having to come in due to their young staff’s rude behavior at the window. After waiting in line maybe 20 minutes, we were told they were out of rice. RICE?! This isn’t a rare occurrence for this location either. We come on plenty occasions, day or night, and they are out of something! We can understand that restaurants run out of stuff that’s reality. But what’s horrible about this place is their customer service. People work hard for their money to spend and try to enjoy a quick and easy dinner. Basic customer service skills and empathy is lacked by their staff. To me that’s worse than no food inventory because at that point I honestly don’t want or trust you to prepare my food. A lot of people in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area were so excited about this locations opening. It’s truly sad that it turned into a disappointment of an establishment like this. They are definitely losing business by the day. They also closed their doors before their official closing time of 9:30pm. I’m guessing to get an earlier start on their nights. Special thanks to Jeremiah and Chloe (sp.?) for the awful customer service and carelessness they displayed for the Panda Express brand. It should be basic common sense to not laugh in a customer’s face while their expressing a concern. Sadly common sense isn’t so common.
