Panda Express

DON'T EAT HERE!! Definitely don't order on their app. You don't know what you'll get. My teriyaki chicken was beyond burnt. I will post these pictures everywhere. They charge an astronomical price, then give me this!! Disgusting!! I can't post the pictures on my review for some reason, so I'll post on the photos tab. Not the way to run a business, and I'd fire any employee who served a customer this.

Ordered the Bigger Plate with: fried rice,white rice, 2 beef broccoli and teriyaki chicken and didn't get the teriyaki chicken. I can't drive there, that's why I ordered delivery. Places need to verify the whole order is ready before giving it to the delivery driver. Waste of money to not get all that is ordered.

Order food ahead of time just so when I get there they take everyone else order and don't start making mine until after another 15min. I could have just order there and it would have been faster. They need to work their online orders better because that's the whole point to not wait

I went to this location of Panda Express at about 9:30 p.m on Saturday night. A full hour before they close. There were four cars ahead of me in the drive-up and then two more lined up behind me, and almost 13 minutes no car moved. I tried to call the store to find out what was going on and there is no way in their menu to get to an actual person. (I would have just driven away except their drive up lane has no exit except for post the window itself) Eventually I got to order where I was told that if I wanted chow mein I would have to wait several minutes because they don't have all the food ready when the store is getting ready to close. Again that's an hour away, and it's Saturday night! When I got to the window I asked for the manager and she argued with me that there are many of the foods that they don't have ready all the time as they don't get ordered that often. I said so people don't order chow mein that often huh? And she just said we just like to prepare it fresh along with several other items. I said you're a fast food restaurant! She's argued that "We are not a fast food restaurant!" I said I am at a drive-up window at a restaurant that has "Express" in the name! She continued to deny any accountability of any kind. She told me that the reason that we all had to wait so long was that the order for the vehicle at the front of the line was wrong. She didn't accept accountability for that either. A reasonable person, ANY reasonable person, I would think, would solve that problem by first taking accountability for the error (Not Likely) and then asking that customer to "Please pull around to a parking space while we remake your order and we will bring it out to you." Doesn't that make sense? I think it does. In fact, it doesn't sound crazy at all to me. I don't think I'll be going to that location anymore. They may be want to hire an adult, at least one. Perhaps the manager should be an adult at least. And by adult I don't simply mean 18 years or older, I mean somebody with the ability to resolve an issue in a common sense way. Thanks a lot Panda Express!

I was fine with this place until they charged me for a bowl the same price as a PLATE. I could even ask for a PLATE and get more food more entries and even a drink for the same price or less than what I was charged for a bowl drink and extra entry. I told the manager and he throw me some BS explanation that didn’t make sense according to the prices on the wall. It’s horrible that they put some prices on the wall and later charged people whatever they want. People check your receipts maybe this is happening a lot of often.
