I visited the Panda Express on 108th Street in West Allis and had a great experience. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken, and both were absolutely delicious. The Orange Chicken was crispy with that classic sweet and tangy flavor I love, and the Teriyaki Chicken was tender, juicy, and had just the right amount of savory glaze. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff kept everything clean and running smoothly even during the busy lunch hour. It’s always nice to know you can count on this location for a hot, flavorful meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Since when you go into a place that has various different options for an entree and you can’t sample? How am I supposed to know if I like something before I purchase it? They make up their own rules here. The head lady is extremely rude. If she doesn’t want to talk to you she will speak to a coworker in Spanish and have them do whatever it is that you asked or to relay a message she can clearly do herself. The service sucks and the portions are extremely small. 0/10 would not recommend.

I called to ask about vegetarian options or seafood ones with OUT walnuts as their online menu is not intuitive or helpful for someone who has never ordered from them and no one even bothered to answer the phone. My friend was IN the restaurant ready to pick up whatever and these people were either understaffed and couldn’t answer the phone, or were too lazy to, wanting people to order through the app because how dare someone have questions about the food they were considering eating. Don’t support corporate wannabe Chinese food is the moral of the story here, I suppose.

Got upcharged but the scoop wasn't even a full one. I asked the cashier if that was normal. I opened the box for her to see. At least put a full scoop of food if you plan to charge extra. She said she didn't…I'm in the parking lot looking at my receipt…yes, I got charged. I probably just need to make that extra drive to a different location. I don't like being cheated and can pay any food price. That wasn't the first time. I had to take a picture in case someone reached out…which I doubt it. Could be petty about it, so I will do my complaints on their review. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first or will be the last this happened to.
