Panda Express

Customer service is terrible. They move slow. I went tonight the cashier took a customer before me, then bagged a door dash order. Then the customer before me asked for napkins. The cashier goes to restock napkins all the while I’m waiting to pay for my food and leave. Then when she finally came to ring me out she was very rude she gave me my food with no bag when I asked for one after realizing I wasn’t given one she said 10 cents! I told her I wish she would’ve asked if I wanted a bag so I could’ve paid for it all together, she then put the bag on the counter not in my hand! my child’s kids meal was missing the fruit.

I went to panda around 4 o’clock maybe a few minutes earlier. I walked in and asked how long was the wait for the honey walnut shrimp she said about 4 min. I really didn’t care because I wanted the hot shrimp with sauce. So I see the employee get out like 6 pieces of shrimp in my tray , go to my car to start eatin a little bit and noticed that my shrimp Was completely dry. I waited longer than I would’ve to get the same shrimp I’ did not want. If I wasn’t already gone I would’ve took it back and asked for my money back , this is the reason I stop giving my money to this panda.

Wasted my money and couldn't eat the food; it was really bad. Chow mein was kind of under cooked; orange chicken tasted weird, rice was without flavor, beef with broccoli tasted uncook. I'm really disappointed. I've eaten in other Panda Express before and they have been really good. But this one is a No No for me. First and the last.

I was told by several friends that Panda Express is skimpy on their food portions. I visited a couple to compare. Unfortunately my buddies were right! The the food in the pictures here are very deceiving. I had to ask for extra portions of my meal! The workers don't give a good impression. They seem very unhappy being there and it shows! Word to the "higher ups"with respect. The taste is still amazing though. If you are hungry you might want to find somewhere else to eat until Panda Express increases their portions. Big appetites will have to buy more portions of their meals!

So I came into the store and said which order I was coming to pick up first but since I didn't speak Spanish I was received my food last. I do not appreciate the lack of acknowledgment from the staff because I don't speak Spanish and I felt very disrespected.
