Panda Express

This Panda Express has gone downhill the rice doesn't taste like rice very hard and may be OLD cheap rice but I dont think so maybe its what they call the PLASTIC rice. Also my favorite the Teriyaki chicken was rubbery and didnt tasye good either. In addition you cant taste before you buy anymore. Staff is nice and friendly but I won't be back. Waste of money remembering why don't eat this type of food anymore

Whoever the Hispanic lady running the shift. I have tried to be positive about this location I have come to this location on multiple occasions. I dont know if she doesn't know when her rush hours are or if she frankly doesn't care. I just waited an hour for food. It took 30 minutes to cook vegetables to complete my order. I had to settle on chicken egg rolls because of course an order for pick up came in when I been waiting an hour. I have seen people come and go while waiting my food. Whoever starts with the rice, chow mein, vegetables needs to make for certain order does not get overlooked while food is getting taken making the wait times longer. There was no apology for your waiting or anything. This is a prime location there should be no questions in making sure food is going out expeditiously.

I gave him a three star because I ordered two order of mushroom chicken with lo mein and I got more cabbage than noodles. You can count the noodles that I had in my plate plate full of cabbages so the next time that I order mushroom chicken, I’m gonna make sure that I don’t have cabbage chicken.

love this location! The location by Cumberland mall gave me an allergic reaction and I swore I was done eating Panda Express. I was out today and decided to give it one last shot. The line moved smoothly and quickly, food was delicious and everyone working was pleasant even though it was pretty packed in there.

The food at Panda Express is generally good but the service at the camp creek location is always bad. They are often out of items and are very slow. I am happy they are open 1 hour later now but it doesn't matter much when you cannot get served in a reasonable amount of time. I placed an order via the mobile app arrived at the store 25 minutes later waited patiently for staff to service guests and when it was my turn they were unable to locate my order. I waited over 30 minutes thinking they were just busy but turns out they supposedly never received it. The manager Adriana was not pleasant or helpful and said she could not provide a refund because I did not have a confirmation email although I had an order number in the app and charge on my credit card. I would avoid this location if at all possible.
