The people behind the counter were very nice. I feel like they really cared about the customer service. Also, whenever I order orange chicken, they fill it up so full that they can barely close it. A Large Al La Carte is way too much for one person, unless you want leftovers. That's just my personal experience, but it has made Panda Express my favorite restaurant just for the orange chicken.

I don’t have a Panda Express where I’m from so I like to stop on road trips usually. In this instance it was going back home from camping in Albany. I got a plate and by god did they overload my box. I payed $10 and easily got $20 worth of food. For that, I am grateful. ETERNALLY grateful. I will probably remember this interaction forever. The food is just Panda Express food so like nothing revolutionary but it doesn’t need to be. Also. The girls serving me were very pretty and I didn’t get nervous and pee my pants this time so, absolute win on my end.

We ordered dinner through DoorDash for 2. I placed an order for 6 items, medium sizes mind you so we would have leftovers. The cost was $49. I figured with DoorDash delivery and a larger size on some of the items, that was fine! Until it was delivered! If these were medium sized boxes, I hate to see the small! I was so upset I paid $49 for what we received I drove to the restaurant myself to inquire about our order. I asked to speak to a manager and was met with attitude! Attitude in his voice and on his face. I was told that I got what I ordered and if I had an issue I had to contact DoorDash! There was No, ‘we are sorry for the misunderstanding’ or explaining the size of their portions, NOTHING! He would rather do anything than speak with me, that was clear! Whoever taught this young person customer service sure did him a DISSERVICE ! No customer service training happens here or what?! I get you are a large chain and you probably DON’T care about the insignificant customer who expects too much from delivery. What was I thinking! I will not make that mistake again. I would rather give my business to a local restaurant owner who cares about its patrons. The food is better anyway. I should have known better than to take a step down and try something cheaper. My bad!

Last week I tried going there for my lunch while at work it was about 6pm on a Friday or Saturday I went through the drive through and ended up with someone else's order. When I went back to get my lunch I waited about 35 minutes in the lobby which was jammed pack. I watched the crew struggle then 2 customers started screaming at each other when one asked for a manager the lady told them there is no manager tonight... What kind of fast food business doesn't have a manager on a weekend evening when it's known to be the busiest... By the time I got my food it was cold. I watched it sit on the line for about 15 minutes before they handed it to me... Totally not worth the money nor the wait. It's panda express I wasn't expecting restaurant quality but hot or even warm food would have been nice..

It’s always something that goes wrong with this place. Either something’s missing, wrong item, or this. One bowl literally had two bites of chow mein in it! The food is good, I don’t have a problem with that. But seriously, if they had run out of chow mein, they could of asked me to wait like they always do anyways.
