About Panda Express

Panda Express, located at 495 San Ramon Valley Blvd in Danville, California, is part of a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants offering a fast-casual dining experience. As a Chinese Restaurant in the platform category, Panda Express aims to provide convenient and familiar American Chinese cuisine to local users. This particular branch in Danville offers a range of their signature dishes, catering to individuals looking for a quick and accessible meal.

While Panda Express is a recognizable brand, it's essential for local users in Danville to be aware of recent customer experiences at this specific location. Feedback available online provides insights into potential aspects of the service and food quality that may be relevant to those considering dining here. It's important to note that online reviews can be subjective and reflect individual experiences at a particular point in time.

One customer shared a significantly negative experience, stating, "I Have to say came back to eat here and was very disappointed they did my order wrong and the still charged me for something they forgot to put in my plate I was trying to explain to one the the Chinese lady about my order she wouldn't let me but yeah they charge me alot and then I seen the same Chinese lady charging another costumer with out him seeing her as the man talk with the women he was the Chinese lady was in a hurry charging for ever sauce she would put in his bag those Chinese people are stealing customers money make sure next time you go in the place pay good attention what they're charging on your receipt I will never return to this place." This detailed account raises concerns regarding order accuracy, customer service responsiveness to order issues, and transparency in charging for items, particularly sauces. The reviewer strongly advises future customers to carefully check their receipts.

Another customer also expressed dissatisfaction, writing, "Never coming back to this establishment ever agin I ask for a with half chow mein half fried rice orange chicken and teriyaki chicken I got 90% rice 10% noodles 4 pieces of orange chicken and 4 pieces of teriyaki chicken after they cut it and you can’t use the app in store for some reason waist of 11$ do not recommend this spot in Danville." This review highlights issues with the proportion of items received in a combination plate, specifically noting a significantly higher amount of rice compared to the other components like chow mein and the main entrees of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The customer also mentions the inability to use the Panda Express app for in-store purchases at this Danville location, adding to their negative experience and leading to a strong recommendation against visiting.

Based on this limited feedback, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment and typical services at this Danville Panda Express location. However, it's reasonable to assume that it follows the standard fast-casual setup common to the Panda Express chain, which typically includes a service counter with displayed food items, a dining area for customers who wish to eat on-site, and options for takeout orders. The focus is generally on quick service and providing a consistent menu of popular American Chinese dishes.

Features commonly associated with Panda Express as a chain include their readily available and well-known dishes such as Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Chow Mein, and Fried Rice. These are usually prepared in large batches and served cafeteria-style. The appeal of Panda Express often lies in its convenience, affordability, and the consistent flavor profile of its signature items across different locations.

However, the specific reviews for the Danville location suggest potential inconsistencies in order fulfillment and portioning, which could detract from the typical Panda Express experience. The inability to use the mobile app in-store, as mentioned by one reviewer, might also be a point of inconvenience for customers who are accustomed to using the app for ordering or rewards at other locations.

Currently, there is no promotional information available specifically for the Panda Express at 495 San Ramon Valley Blvd in Danville based on the provided data. Panda Express as a brand often runs national or regional promotions, which local users might want to inquire about directly at this specific location or through the official Panda Express website or app, keeping in mind the reported issue with in-store app usage.

For local users in Danville considering Panda Express, it would be prudent to take these recent customer experiences into account. While Panda Express is a widespread chain, individual store performance can vary. If order accuracy and receiving the expected proportions of food are important, these reviews suggest potential areas of concern at this particular branch. It might be beneficial to double-check orders before leaving the premises and to be aware of the potential limitations regarding mobile app usage in-store.

To gain a more balanced perspective, local users could also look for additional, more recent reviews from other sources online. Visiting the location in person might also provide a better sense of the current environment and service quality. Contacting the store directly at (925) 314-1389 or +1 925-314-1389 could provide information on any recent changes in service or policies and allow for direct inquiries about menu items and any ongoing promotions.

In conclusion, while Panda Express in Danville offers the familiar menu of a national Chinese fast-casual chain, recent customer feedback raises concerns about order accuracy, portioning of combination plates, and the in-store usability of their mobile app. Local users should consider these points when deciding whether to dine at this specific location and may want to seek more information or exercise caution when placing their orders.

Recently I think there was a change in management/owner. She has done a terrific job. Shes extremely nice and always happy to serve. Staff is also better and the food is great (if you like Panda like I do)

We love Panda Express for a quick meal. However, this location tends to run light on what they have available and it feels like they are shutting down around 8:30pm even though they are open until 9pm. Good news is you'll probably get some of your dishes freshly made. Bad news is you'll have to wait.
