Panda Express

I have twice now had the experience of arriving at this restaurant 15-20 minutes before closing time only to find the restaurant and drive through closed. I would understand closing early to save money if it is slow. However, both times there was still a crew inside. This implies to me lazy workers who want to be paid until close but not stay a moment after close if a customer shows up. It makes me wonder if they cut corners on close, what else do they cut corners on? Is the food safe and of good quality? It also makes me never want to go here again.

My wife and I went to this location at 8.50 on a Saturday night for dinner. We went to the drive through and they already turned on the box to say they were closed. All the light were on and ppl inside eating. We pulled up to windows and got mean looks from the staff. We read the times and the sticker said they close at 10 pm. Thinking the speaker was broken We went park and go in to eat. As soon as we park one of the staff member ran to the door and locked it just as we were about to walk in. Just rude... I'd they had an issue with this store at least they should have put up signs and communicated the problem. I will never come back to this location.

Just tried to come to the paseo location on a Saturday night at 8pm and the drive thru said they were closed. I saw people inside so I thought I will just go inside. As I pulled up the girl rushed to the door and locked both of them. So rude. Not sure if they are having tech problems but if so at least put a sign on the door then. I hope the franchise owner sees this review.

I had a terrible experience with Panda Express. My order was incomplete, no one answered my calls, and the store manager never followed up. This could have been an easy fix, but instead, I’ve been ignored. Still waiting for a refund. #DoBetter #CustomerServiceFail

Food items running short. I'm happy to wait "six minutes" for fresh food as we do not want our orders prefilled and cold. Heavy man with nasty attitude made it clear that 3 customers are a problem. Shame on all of you. Take your unhappiness home where the public does not need to deal with you. Debora Jolley and u miss my orange chicken
