Panda Express

This used to be a good location. Unfortunately, the team working today doesn't pay attention to details or have an attitude conducive to maintaining a job in the food service industry. After placing an order for two completely different plates, I received one portion of my order twice. On top of that, the person at the window had a terrible attitude for no reason. Work elsewhere, please.

Honestly the worst experience ever. I don’t even leave reviews but this experience made me want to leave one. Came thru the drive thru and got my order completely wrong with missing items I go all the way back to the store after getting home and then they “fix” my order all for them to forget the thing they forgot the first time the second time! Ericka , Abagail , and Kb (didn’t understand her name) are all incompetent. Common sense is free and it wasn’t a big order to mess up. Fix this issue I get it’s fast food but people’s time , gas , and energy is wasted when you can’t do your job properly!

I always have the best experience visiting my local Panda Express. Today, in particular, Erica made my experience so pleasant. As a regular customer, this was my first time being helped by her and she definitely deserves a shout out for the exceptional customer service she provided. She worked with me and my complicated order, I couldn't be any more happier to take a moment while I enjoy my delicious meal to express my gratitude. Great job to management for hiring the best of the best!!

I really, really love the orange chicken at Panda Express! This Panda location is so clean and everyone working there (when I’ve gone to pick up my orders) is always so friendly and practice great customer service. My food has always been so delicious. I use my Panda app and my order has always been ready on time.

Erica at the drive thru was literally the best customer service person and worker I have encountered in years. Made me laugh while ordering and was so incredibly pleasant. Made great small talk and was very good at her job. Give this wonderful person a raise and or promotion now.
