About Panda Express
This introduction focuses on Panda Express, a Chinese restaurant located at 255 Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy Ste B, Augusta, GA 30909, USA. As a well-known chain within the Chinese Restaurant category, Panda Express can be contacted at (706) 481-1920 or via their mobile number +1 706-481-1920. This overview aims to provide an objective assessment of this specific location based on recent customer feedback available online.
The limited customer reviews available for this Augusta location of Panda Express paint a concerning picture regarding the quality and consistency of their food. Both reviews express significant dissatisfaction with their recent orders, highlighting issues with taste, preparation, ingredient accuracy, and portion sizes.
One customer described their food as "terrible," providing specific examples of the problems they encountered. The orange chicken was reported to be "sour asfc" (as a strong expletive), indicating a significant issue with its flavor and suggesting potential spoilage or incorrect preparation. The fried rice was criticized for being "literally just white rice with vegetables," lacking the typical egg and other ingredients that characterize fried rice. Additionally, the lo mein noodles were described as "really skinny and crunchy," suggesting they were either undercooked, of poor quality, or stale. Based on this experience, the customer gave a rating of "0/10" and explicitly stated, "DONT recommend." This strongly negative feedback indicates a severe lack of satisfaction with the food quality across multiple dishes in their order.
Another customer ordered a "bigger plate" featuring black pepper angus beef, firecracker shrimp, and black pepper chicken. Their experience was also highly disappointing, beginning with the observation that "the box itself is small than the usual box I got over the states." This suggests that the portion sizes at this particular location might be smaller than what customers have come to expect from other Panda Express restaurants. Further disappointment followed upon opening the box, as the chow mein was described as "plain without vegetables," a significant deviation from the standard preparation of this dish. The firecracker shrimp was reported to have "no beans," indicating a missing ingredient that is typically part of this entree. Most concerningly, the black pepper chicken was deemed "the worst," with complaints that "there’re no celeries, and chicken was super small like minced and not fresh." This detailed critique points to multiple issues with the preparation and quality of this dish, including missing vegetables and the use of what appeared to be low-quality, processed chicken.
Based on these two negative reviews, it is difficult to ascertain any positive aspects regarding the food quality or preparation at this Augusta location of Panda Express. The feedback consistently highlights issues with taste, missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, and potentially smaller portion sizes compared to expectations. These are fundamental aspects of a restaurant experience, and the reported failures raise significant concerns for potential customers.
Information regarding the restaurant's environment or ambiance is not provided in these reviews. As Panda Express is typically a fast-food chain with a casual and functional setting, it is likely that this location follows a similar model. However, the customer feedback focuses solely on the food itself.
In terms of services, Panda Express is known for offering quick service, takeout, and potentially some limited dine-in options depending on the location. Delivery services are often available through third-party platforms. The reviews provided do not specifically mention the service experience beyond the issues with the food received.
Features of Panda Express as a chain generally include a standardized menu with popular dishes like orange chicken, various rice and noodle options, and combination plates. However, the negative reviews suggest that the quality and preparation of these standard items at this Augusta location may not meet typical expectations. The "bigger plate" option mentioned in one review indicates a tiered pricing and portion size system, which is a common feature of Panda Express.
No promotional information, discounts, or special offers specific to this Augusta location are mentioned in the provided reviews. Panda Express as a brand often has national or regional promotions, which customers might be able to find on their official website or in-store.
In conclusion, the recent customer reviews for this Panda Express location in Augusta, GA, raise significant concerns about the quality and consistency of their food. Issues such as sour orange chicken, plain fried rice, unusual lo mein, missing ingredients in entrees, and the use of what appeared to be low-quality chicken have been reported. Additionally, one customer noted potentially smaller portion sizes compared to other locations. These negative experiences suggest that local users might want to approach this particular Panda Express with caution and consider these recent issues when making a dining decision. While Panda Express is a well-known brand, the feedback indicates that the quality at this specific Augusta location may not be up to par with expectations. Potential customers might want to consider these recent reviews or perhaps try a small order initially to assess the current food quality for themselves.

My food was terrible, I ordered orange chicken and it was sour asfc , I ordered fried rice and it literally was just white rice with vegetables, the lo mein noodles was really skinny and crunchy . I rate it 0/10 , DONT recommend.
I ordered bigger plate for black pepper angus beef, firecracker shrimp and black pepper chicken. I was disappointed when I opened my box, the box itself is small than the usual box I got over the states. Chow Mein is plain without vegetables. Quick service Chinese restaurant that sells familiar items such as orange chicken, fried rice, and lo mein, as well as their own signature dishes such as the walnut shrimp. The experience is more like the Asian restaurants you would see in the mall rather than the hole in the wall family businesses. The service was very good: orders taken quickly and the ladies working are friendly and attentive. The food itself is average to subpar. The protein entrees such as the chicken and Mongolian beef were lukewarm and chewy to bite as they are hardened, and they are drowned in a thick overly sweet sauce to where it feels like you are eating just the orange and Mongolian sauce rather than orange chicken or Mongolian beef. The rice was also hard as well. Overall if you don’t mind eating food sitting in heating containers for a long period of time, you might enjoy this option for a quick meal.
My family & I have visited this Panda Express many times! Food is always fantastic! Service is wonderful! Restaurant is always super clean! Great choice of dishes! Safe area! Plenty of free parking in a parking lot! Try the Teriyaki Chicken! It is delicious! I haven't ever had anything there that I didn't like! Hot, fresh, & yum! This Panda Express is right in the middle of all kinds of stores and shopping. There is also a movie theater nearby. One of my favorite shopping areas and I'm a local. I attached a picture of my meal! I have to apologize though! The portions are huge but I had already eaten some from my meal before I remembered to take a picture. It was just that delicious!
spend a lil extra gas go to the evan’s one this one not worth it the pictures speak for themselves not to mention they won’t return anything back let alone the manager won’t talk to you. because how was she “not here right now” and then five minutes later oh she’s here “its just a rush right now?” They send you back to the store which for me is a 20 min drive and it’s my nearest one but that’s all they can offer you is to come back and get your meal or a future date which i haven’t eaten here in4-5 months but yes panda express makes a mistake and they expect you to call corporate and “try” to get your money back which is what they told me! that i can “try” I will keep pursing this till someone is reprimanded. i own a business a restaurant what they “offer” you is illegal i paid for my “service” my food and didn’t receive it and you guys expect for me not to receive my money back or for us/me to fix it? Good luck with what’s coming next oh and you have to call 8-10 times for them to answer
