Panda Express

Ordered delivery and wrote a note just to thank the employees for making my order. I got a couple of extra crab Rangoons and a cute note to have a good night! My food was hot, fresh, delicious and good portion sizes. My kiddo’s food was also all correct and she loved it.

My issue is not really with the food. It's with the condiments you ask for extra. they just smile at you and say, okay, and then walk away from you and not grant your request. So I got dry chicken with no teriyaki sauce

UPDATE April 2024: They no longer serve the vegan orange chicken and in fact only had it for about a month last year. Unfortunately, there are not many vegan options at Panda. It would be nice if there were tofu/tempeh/seitan options for those who don't eat meat especially because these are staples in Asian cuisine. April 2023: They have that vegan orange chicken y'all!! I've been getting that with the chow mein for lunch pretty regularly over the last few weeks. Their service at this location is great! I even ate inside today and loved the atmosphere and customer service. I ordered a large plate with three orders of the beyond chicken and they were running low so they quickly made up a new batch for me and brought it over to my table. Pretty great! Love this place!

Great food!!! Awesome service!!! We stopped there really early Saturday mid morning. The two girls were the best. A fair price for the big helpings of food!!

My 3 year old bit the head off a broccoli and seconds afterwards spit this metal shaving out. THANK GOD she did!! Had she swallowed it there’s no doubt in my mind the damage would have been catastrophic. I called the restaurant to make them aware of the issue and they weren’t concerned with the metal whatsoever. I wasn’t rude and honestly neither were they, but my review is based off the lack of care in regard to the literal piece of metal my daughter could’ve choked on. Do they not create reports for such incidents? To further my frustration, I was merely met with an offer to replace the meal which I obviously refused and only eligible to receive a refund if I drove back to the restaurant and returned the food in a mostly uneaten state. $12.45 is definitely not worth the hassle (or frankly, what could’ve been my daughter’s life!!) I’ll be reporting them to the health department and BBB. Edited to add: We would’ve had to go back to the restaurant the same day to receive any sort of reimbursement. It was after 8pm when the incident occurred - inconvenient to say the least
