Quick and accurate service with generous portions. One of very few choices for decent tasting fast food of the many chain restaurants in the Sanford area. The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were amazing as usual. The Beijing beef was pretty soggy so that could be improved. Otherwise a great experience.

Absolutely 0 customer care, manager needs to be retrained on how to treat a client that has a complaint. Below is the picture of the plate I received that was supposed to have 2 entries… there was a whole entree missing. Mind you it was too late to go back as the store was closing and I live too far. So they (wrote down my name) lol.I went next day to see the manager, Instead of an apology and a brand new order, the manager handed me the missing entree from yesterday’s dinner 😂. its fine, I ended up paying for a plate to eat with the missing entree from yesterday… But just shows how our customer satisfaction standards have dropped so low. Won’t come here again.

Ordered two bigger plates, arrived there a little before 12pm. I had to wait over 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken, but it was worth it. They only had one cook who was working very efficiently and knew what he was doing with that wok. Manager was very nice and gave me a free drink while I waited. Thank you! Portions were also very generous and don't let the bad reviews deter you from this location.

Both the food and portion sizes were good, but none of the servers were wearing gloves and then they also worked the cash registers 🥴🥴🥴🥴. I ordered white rice, which they have to take the scooper and put their hand inside the rice maker this is completely gross and unsanitary. Would not look good on an inspection. Gloves are a MUST. I regret not saying anything. The cooks were wearing gloves, however.

We ordered combo meals with 3 servings of meat on one and two on the other. One meal was completely missing one of the meats so we only received half the food, the other meal had the meats mixed up and wrong. They were not busy nor was there a line for the drive thru. Never again.
