Panda Express

It’s frustrating to wait over 35 minutes for a Starship order, only to receive the wrong items. I hope they improve their accuracy and efficiency soon. It’s better to just go in person.

I’ve eaten at this Panda Express for years and have never had a single complaint. That’s changed now with the Starship deliveries. I’ve had subpar food every time I order. mostly undercooked rice and unappetizing chicken. I don’t know if they think they don’t have to work as hard because they never have to deal with the customer or what, but it is not good as of right now.

If you want teriyaki chicken from this place, forget about it. Almost every single time I go, they don't have it. 90% of the time it's in the morning and you have to wait at least 15 more minutes from the very second they open. This has happened at least 12 times now, just in the morning. Don't even think about trying to get something simple like that at any other time. Went again today, they are always out of something, this time it was white rice that would take 20 minutes to make! For being a fast food place, this is ridiculous. Decided to get a plate and chow mein, the guy put so much if it on, it was literally flowing over the side of the container. Got orange chicken and god old classic teriyaki chicken and of course they were out. Mind you this time, the place was absolutely dead. Lines were none existent and traffic wasnt there. There's no exesuse for their horrible service and lack of food. I hope they get replaced by any other food chain because they would be way more capable. Don't waste your time with them. They need to get their act together big time.

Extremely inconsistent food quality, portions, and staffing. You'll never get the same thing twice... Which unfortunately means sometimes there's just horrible discrepancies. This is the panda in the student union. It has a shrunken menu, no delivery, restricted hours, and the above.
