I walked in at 10:05pm and they closed at 10:30pm. They were not inviting at all when I walked in. The manager immediately snapped at me and said, "You're our last customer. This is all that we have left." Like I dont have a choice of what to choose. I just feel like, as an establishment, it doesn't matter how close to the end of the night. You guys should be able to give full service. The food looked very unenticing. They had barely anything left, and he walked over and tossed the food like it was okay. I'm disappointed because I go to this place a lot and the service always falls short. The care that is put into the values of this place and its service is very low, and it just puts a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you guys will see this . Please make some sort of assertive change because the way I just walked in there and walked right out is not fair to anyone.

Just bought a MEDIUM container of white rice.. $4.66 with tax. But the people on the cashier registration speak Spanish and talk bad about customers. Not only that, the portion is small, but it charges me for a medium price. It's a RIP OFF! Even SAKURA Japanese restaurants in the same shopping center charged me only $3 bucks. No more coming to PANDA EXPRESS. It's not even Chinese cuisine. It's more like for people who can't tell between authentic and fake stuff. 1 LESSON for me to learn today.

Great amazing food, hot fresh food. Just fine. My favorite the Orange 🍊 chicken with white rice. Classic great entrée. I will be back thank you PANDA EXPRESS!!

The food was cold, with small portions. The manager gets mad when you ask her about the entrees. Employees in the kitchen are loud and practically yelling in the kitchen in spanish. It sounds like you are in a flea market in central America. It's hard to enjoy your food dining inside when the food is served cold and the employees are having loud personal conversations in the kitchen that the whole restaurant can hear. Restroom was dirty, and toilet paper on the floor. Management does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. They run this place like a Walmart.
