Panda Express

Came give it a try out of curiosity and was quite disappointed by its service and speed. Had to wait for such a long time in a not even long queue… and it took us over 35 mins to get our plate which was ridiculous for a fast food restaurant chain like this. The food itself tasted alright as I am quite into sweet and sour stuff anyway, but the menu was small with very limited dishes to choose from (a few dishes were out of stock when we visited making it even more difficult).

Food here is not served quickly. I stopped by on a busy Monday. There were 20 people in line and I wished there were 2 people taking orders and 2 cashiers. Wait time was well over 25 minutes. Location is large and well maintained as far as the cleanliness but the front line needs some work

I've loved to visit here! The place is clean, the food is great and has a good atmosphere. The employee Noemi was really awesome! She was fast, nice and really focused on her job. Congratulations!

I am revising the review/rating slightly. My recent visit was somewhat disappointing. I know what to expect from Panda Express, but my recent visit was definitely a downgrade from the first visit. Below the dotted line is my original review. ——————————————— This Panda Express is super clean, spacious, and provides plenty of parking spaces. But some bad reviews (especially UberEats and DoorDash) made me hesitant to give a shot until recently. But my 2 visits were both superb. There are a lot of guests and consequently, all food items ‘rotate’ very fast. So I get relatively fresh chicken/beef/sides prepared in an open kitchen setting. The chicken thighs marinated in Teriyaki were excellent. It was lightly marinated and chopped right in front of you, right after it transferred over from the grill station. I certainly did not expect this from Panda Express! The dining area is also surprisingly spacious clean and up to date. Maybe I was luck unlike many others. I will keep on revisiting until they fail to satisfy me.

We were just here tonight for a take out order. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Currently the entrance is behind a construction fence, due to what appears to be parking lot maintenance and it was unclear, at first if the store was open- so clear signage could be an improvement. The noodles were being made when I ordered and were reportedly some of the best my kids have ever had. Rice and orange chicken was also fresh and hot. All that being said, the staff present tonight were the most memorable part of the experience. Kind, polite, informative and engaging with customers. I was impressed! We will return to this location.
