About Panda Express

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant located at 2601 Preston Rd #2042, Frisco, TX 75034, USA. You can contact them at (214) 705-9803 or +1 214-705-9803.

As a Chinese restaurant operating within a food court setting, Panda Express provides a quick and convenient option for those seeking familiar American-Chinese cuisine. Based on recent customer feedback, the food is generally considered good.

One reviewer mentioned a potential communication issue when placing an order, noting that the order-taker had difficulty hearing and repeated questions multiple times. However, this same reviewer still found the food to be good.

Another customer highlighted both good service and good food. They also pointed out the restaurant's location within a food court and noted a slight wait time for meals, which they did not consider excessive.

Given its location in a food court, the environment is likely characterized by a casual and bustling atmosphere common to such areas. Seating would typically be shared within the food court space rather than being exclusive to Panda Express.

The service style is expected to be quick-service, typical of a fast-food establishment. Customers can likely expect to order at a counter and receive their food promptly, possibly with a short wait during busier times, as indicated by one review.

Panda Express is known for its popular American-Chinese dishes, such as orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and chow mein. The positive feedback regarding the food suggests that they maintain a certain level of quality and taste that customers appreciate.

Currently, no information regarding specific features beyond its food court location and standard menu offerings, or any promotional information, is available in the provided reviews. For details on the menu, current promotions, or any specific services offered, it is recommended to contact the restaurant directly or visit their location.

The lady that took my order could not hear good. She asked me the same question like 30 times. Good food, though.

Good service and good food. It is located in the food court. There is a little wait time before you get the meal, but nothing ridiculous.

My kid has hungry and loves this place. Her favorite dish is just a large Orange Chicken. The line was a bit long, but it went fast. The team was not super friendly but that is mostly because they were trying to hurry I am sure.

Went in to get broccoli beef and fried rice bowl, the guy serving the food was super rude. He gave so little broccoli beef that I asked him if he can add more, he looked at it and didnt want to add it. He looked like he was already in a bad mood along with another lady as well. Plus what he gave me wasnt broccoli beef, it was something else.

Since I can’t put zero stars, I’ll put one. That was the most disappointing meal I have ever had. I got the orange chicken with white rice and discovered there was a hair in my food. Disgusted, I took it back up for a replacement hoping it was a one time thing. Shortly after, my friend found a hair on her food. We went up to the desk hoping to receive a refund for this and not only were they very rude about it, they refused to give us one. They instead told us that it “wasn’t their hair” or “i didn’t get a good look at the food” We showed them the food and they saw a hair in it. After arguing with them he took my receipt, took my other replacement dish, and took my drink and threw it away right in front of me. While waiting for the other server, the lady at the cash register claimed that it was probably our hair because they have male chefs (even though one chef had hair)and they keep their hair up (when it was falling out of the ponytail) or that we saw ginger when it was clearly hair. The chef then came and gave me a $15 gift card for panda express not once apologizing for the disgusting inconvenience. I was less the satisfied with the food and appalled about how they handled this. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
