Worst location ever. Pre ordered on the app to give them a head start. Walked in and completely ignored at the pick up section. Gave them my name and still couldn’t find my order. 20-30 mins later they started my order. Gave me chow mein with barely any noodles and all onions and cabbages. More than 75% were onion and cabbages. avoid this place and support the local Chinese restaurant.

I placed an online order which was a small walnut shrimp for $7.50 which I received ONLY (7) shrimps…. Thats literally over a $1 a shrimp! I also got a few other dishes, another was the Chow Mein which was FULL of Cabbage! If you happened to read the reviews this location is notorious for NOT giving the customer a proper portion of food since it’s boxed and you don’t know what the food looks like until you get home. They feel like that’s their chance on maximizing their profit by not giving what the customers pay for… THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A RIDICULOUS!!!! This location should be ashamed for stealing!!!! Give the customers what they pay for! For the management that’s reading this, I don’t need an apology, BUT what you can do is easily correct this criminal act moving forward… Otherwise if you’re the owner/manager you should step down and have someone else run this business. I have no problem reaching out to corporate! Fortunately for you I wasn’t in the area otherwise I would’ve taken the food back and made a scene in your restaurant.

Wow. Terrible. I ordered beef and broccoli and got this. I also ordered the firecracker shrimp and got this wee little box which cost $8.40 lol. DoorDash was awesome. Refunded my $30+ I paid for this and gave me a $10 credit. Spring rolls were good.

Came in before a snow storm. They were super busy. The manager surmas jumped right in fixing customers plates and working the register. It's refreshing to see good management. He did a great job!

Haven't come in here in a long time but standing inside for 10 mins on my limited lunch break on a relatively dead day at 2pm with no rush and I ask the server if a particular entree is available since it was empty. She replies with "5min." Ten minutes later it's clear it's not just going to be a 5 minute wait because the one cook in the back looked lost and was slow moving. The server said "x dish was out...y.....z....a....b....c dishes are out 'everything is low'" With how many entrees were super low and or out I'm surprised at how nonurgently the cooks were moving. Come here if u crave panda, but expect to get whatever scraps they have available if you don't want to wait . And if you DO want to wait....budget at least 20 mins to go from ordering your food to getting it! I guess the owner made his money years ago when this location was in its prime and put it all in real estate investments and now performance has declined so this is just some extra pocket change for him now.
