Based on recent customer feedback, experiences have been mixed. Some customers have reported issues with order accuracy at the drive-through and concerns about food quality, including cold and gummy noodles. There have also been significant complaints regarding potential cross-contamination of food items, which is a serious concern for customers with allergies.
Another point of feedback mentions the introduction of kiosks for ordering, with one customer expressing dissatisfaction with this new system and subsequent wait times, questioning the convenience typically associated with fast food.
It's worth noting that one long-time customer mentioned a decline in food quality and the removal of a favorite menu item (black pepper chicken) as reasons for their reduced patronage, with a recent visit reinforcing their negative perception.
For local users considering Panda Express, it's advisable to be mindful of these recent reviews and potentially exercise caution when placing orders, especially concerning specific dietary needs or preferences.

Customer Reviews
The AI at the drive-through is incompetent. The food was disgusting, and if I were allergic to anything in orange chicken, a cross-contamination hazard. I do not know how the machine got orange chicken from my saying Kung Pao Chicken, and when I corrected the cashier, she acted like my correction was a bother. Then, when I got home, I found that the noodles were cold stiff and gummy and made up 90% of the bowl that was supposed to be half noodles half rice. Every bite of my Kung Pao Chicken order was laced with orange chicken sauce, or orange chicken bits, meaning all they did to correct the order was scrape the orange chicken out and plop the Kung Pao in. The result is absolutely disgusting. Even more than the stale noodles, the fact that the restaurant felt comfortable cross contaminating the food like that is terrible. I was avoiding this location, and I should have continued to do so. Piss poor food quality for a break wallet price, and the removal of black pepper chicken are the reasons I no longer visit Panda Express. Today's visit has me regretting ever giving the chain a second chance.
Didn’t like the new kiosk crap they had going on. Update they have us pull to the other side and wait, what’s the point of fast food.
The staff was unattentive and rude until the manager on duty arrived. Josh and Victoria, both in particular, made a point to serve everyone else while ignoring me after the entire restaurant was cleared out. I don't expect preferential treatment, I do however expect to be treated in the same courteous and timely manner as everyone else.
Order two plates with double orange chicken. The chicken was dark, tough and looked burned. I took the orders back to the restaurant and ask for another order because of the issues. I was told all the orange chicken looked like that, but that it was fine. She said her manager thought the same things but tasted it and said it was fine. I am a long time customer of Panda Express and I have never seen the chicken this dark. So I requested a refund, the cashier said ‘they’ don’t give refunds. I asked her how are you going to tell me I can’t get my money back, she said that is what she was told no refund because the drawer would be short. I told her I paid with my card. Then she said she wouldn’t know how to refund a card. I asked was that a Panda Express policy and she said their location’s policy, but she doesn’t know about other locations. I then asked for a manager, she told me she was not a manager but she was in charge. Savanna was very nice but I was very disappointed in the food and how the situation was handled.
The tables are always dirty, and there is no body care to ask the cooker in advance that they are almost out of specific menu item to save people time, they will just ask the customer to wait for 10 minutes to get there order done if they will remember that the customers still waiting to get there order
